Great team on Sunshine Coast, quick assistance and friendly folk.

Update:
Shortly after my feedback below, I was contacted by a person (name withheld) at Grace "Customer Service" who played all shocked by what had happened and offered a one-off small payment towards the damage of our goods. She also went on and on how they were going to send us a hamper for Christmas to "improve our image of Grace removals".
The payment was preceded by quite a legalistic a letter where I had to waive any possible further claims against Grace.
Needless to say, that hamper never came and truth be told, I never believed it would.

Poor service. People at Grace sound like they have been there too long. When we found our belongings damaged due to the handling of Grace Removals, Sunshine Coast, we were met with defensiveness and lack of empathy. Anyone would be better off going elsewhere

We moved across Australia several times with Grace. Once we stored our furniture for 2 years and lately for nearly 6 months. Both times we were very pleased with the conditions we received all our furniture and boxes. The guys that come for the pick up and delivery are always nice, friendly and professional and all the times, perfectly on time. It always amazes us how they can pack a container so precisely to fit everything! They use many blankets to protect the furniture and the fragile items. This time we had a little issue with a couple of broken things and marks (during delivery) which have been reported to the customer service office. We were not expecting much, but instead we received a call from the office and after a pleasant conversation with Sam, we have been offered a refund which was a surprise and a very appreciated gesture. We never pay for insurance as we prefer to spend our money on a professional, well established business and we understand that accidents can happen, but we did appreciated how the issue was handled by Grace. So yes, we would recommend Grace Removals.

Courteous, efficient, professional service from providing the quote , managing loading , transportation and storage of the house content and transportation of the car , then partial delivery of the goods and my car and finally the delivery of the goods to my new home . Excellent: 5 stars

My Wife and I took 12 months off to travel around Australia. We decided, to rent our apartment for the duration and store all our furniture and effects.
4 years prior, we used Grace Removals to transport our household from Townsville to the Sunshine Coast. We were impressed with the cost as well as the professionalism of the company. Due to our satisfaction with Grace, we decided to engage them with our removal, storage and delivery back to our residence when we completed our travels.
Grace were helpful with providing us with, previously used boxes ( in good condition) and packing paper for our pack up.
I have no hesitation in using their services again and will not hesitate in recommending to others.

The packing guys were very easy to work with, nothing was too much for them, they were very obliging
The office staff too were very helpful and Alana was helpful when she came to assess our goods we wanted to take.
If I may say something which has us a little frustrated is that we are still searching for our toaster and kettle as the boxes haven’t been clearly marked. Thank you Ruth Buick

It was easy to arrange, quote was clear and reasonable, communication to confirm time frame and service on the day was spot on. Very happy to use Grace again and will probably arrange packing as well.

Pick up and delivery very good. Storage for nearly two years was doubtful some boxes smelt of damp.another contained a broken large dish,packed by us, but indicated some rough handling. A nest of antique tables was slightly dented and scratched, an antique cast iron pot stand was broken, an insurance claim has been made.

Grace packed and stored our furniture, art works and household items. Their staff are professional, friendly & efficient. We had some of our furniture taken out of storage and delivered to Brisbane. The men who delivered these items to our niece were extremely obliging, moving the furniture to the exact location that suited her. Our interactions with all staff members of Grace have been excellent and we highly recommend their services.

A positive experience overall. Both pickup and delivery at new address went smoothly. The trucks turned up on time and the guys were friendly and efficient. The only downside was that our wooden dining room table was scratched at both ends. No other items were damaged.

Very nice and professional people. All my possessions were packed and shipped to storage. I had issues with the settlement on m to house and had to change dates a few times. Rachel at Grace was always accomodating, and appropriate solutions found. I can't speak more highly of their flexibility and customer service.
The goods
all turned up undamaged, and the beds assembled by the removalists.
I had initially thought they were a bit pricey, but when you consider that they moved my goods from the Sunshine Coast to Ipswich, I am pretty happy. A pal was charged near the same for moving a few Ks by a different company.
If you're comparing apples with apples, Grace come out looking very good

We've just relocated to Sunshine Coast where our furniture has been in storage at Grace. The team which moved us in were on time, efficient and courteous. The guys that did our place ( both uplift and put down) were amazing. They all deserve a bonus.
