I left a very positive review when my son worked with Graduate Coach to build his confidence to find himself employment but I feel I need to leave another review because, just over a year on, although very happy with the initial work done with Chris and the team my view in relation to his ‘after service’ is very disappointing, especially when you consider the money received by the company not only for the initial work but also the follow up package. A total lack of interest, advice and response.

As an international student, I am looking for someone who has profound knowledge of the UK job market, and then I found Chris and his friendly and helpful team. Chris is a hardworking person and helps me find out what I am good/ passionate at rather than just helping you get whatever job you can. More importantly, some skills and techniques he taught, or even conversions with him, indeed have a lifetime value to both my career and life. I would say the earlier career is quite crucial, and as a graduate, I think it's valuable to have a career coach to guide you and help you get the most out of yourself. I’m now looking forward to being mentored by Chris in the next few years. And really thanks for all the support and help from Chris and his team member, including Rene and Beth. I would highly recommend GC service to any graduates, especially International students.

After recently graduating from university where I received minimal career support and no real guidance I was stuck with what my next steps would be. Chris provided me with coaching that was invaluable in helping me land my first job. He helped me identify my strengths and the careers to which I would be well suited. The coaching programme developed my digital skills through various courses and also provided great interview training. I worked with Chris for just over a month and have already accepted my first job. In the year before meeting Chris, I had spent months applying to graduate schemes and internships with no success. I look forward to starting my new job and continuing to receive Chris’ guidance throughout the first few years of my career!

It’s good to have a coach: in football, tennis or even trying to get a graduate job. Coaches are important because they are a source of inspiration, motivation and guidance.
Chris talks about his own life experiences so that’s good, the students can relate and know that they don’t need to be perfect or get offered the job (success on first or second interview)
It’s good to have a lot of variety, so that we (potential job seekers) can gain experience and learn what we like best (from a practical point of view)
Eg, last spring, Chris and I worked together to make a skills audit for marketing analytics role for myself. I had a few interviews but no success
So I tweaked my skills audit and CV and applied for project management in the market research industry and I got the job.
It’s been 2.5 months now. I’m so happy. I know im good at the job and most of all, I enjoy it.
And my family are happy with my success.

Chris and the team were fantastic in not only helping me find a graduate job but improving my employability skills also. They are a very warm and welcoming team with a huge amount of knowledge and I would recommend them to any graduate who is struggling to secure a graduate role.

Our son had really good degree and masters results, but he spent five months struggling to turn those qualities into a career until Chris and his team took him under their wing. They identified our son's strengths, nurtured and developed them, and showed him how to present them to the world - both on paper and in person. Switching fields from an IT Infrastructure related job to AI/Data Science, I reached out to Chris during the start of the pandemic. Because back then I realised that the competition has become more challenging and I needed help. I had been applying for a job role of my choosing with not one interview call. And Chris’s job guaranteed one-to-one coaching program spoke to me. So, a few sessions later, with a revamped CV and better cover letters, I started getting interview calls. That is when his interview coaching helped me a lot. And soon enough, I landed a fantastic job.

Chris and Beth are honestly amazing. They have helped me develop into a completely new person. The knowledge, expertise and dedication required to win a graduate job in today's market could almost fill an entire degree course. The only difference being that, unlike a degree course, all the knowledge and expertise wasn't in once convenient place. Until Chris came along with Graduate Coach. Chris has distilled all of his commercial and entrepreneurial experience to create something genuinely life-changing. Make no mistake, this information will not simply fall into your lap; it is little wonder so many graduates remain unemployed for so long. Chris has provided the most incredible support in helping me navigate my next career move. I have been working in the media industry for 5 years and was ready for my next challenge. Chris and his team did a brilliant job helping my son to 'up his game' when it came to presenting himself to prospective employers and as a result my son managed to land the best possible job for him, well within the time frame we all anticipated. I had a First Class degree and Distinction in my master's, but was massively lacking in confidence and conviction in my own ability and that came through in the interviews I had. I was searching for a job for far too long and the knock backs were denting my confidence further.

I got in touch with Chris and went through his online course which helps you highlight your skills and formulate answers to the common questions. The day of my interview I was nervous and busily prepping for the interview, but decided to have a video call with Chris rather than further cram. He gave me a much needed pep talk and gave me some important advice about how to handle my stressor situations, i.e. the interview events or questions which caused me to freeze and falter.

The following week, I got the email that I had been given the job!!!

I am extremely grateful for all the guidance Chris and his wonderful team at Graduate Coach have given me. When I first approached The Graduate Coach I was, like a number of graduates, struggling to secure a job. I have two degrees and in all that time working alongside the studies, but I what I really needed was my first full-time job. Over the last few years, I have had great pleasure, and my business has also benefited, from taking several interns from Graduate Coach. My greatest pleasure, though, came when Chris Davies was able to help one of my sons into a long- term career. Despite qualifications, he had been frankly floundering in his quest for a career.
