Good value quite well made but don't expect full quality, padded graduation robe which would cost at least twice as much Good delivery time, friendly service.

AVOID! Terrible quality and experience
AVOID!!
Ordered a cap and gown- the quality was terrible and didn’t look like a gown at all. It’s a very difficult return policy, I emailed with no reply and phoned and got a very rude response from the person online. I received my refund but they include a 13% charge for a “restocking fee” so I basically lost half my money due to the postage and charge.

Ordered a gown and hat, they were unused and unopened so returned them. No refund, emailed them and say said ‘this has now been refunded’. Asked them many times the refund was as I had not received anything, no reply and ignore many emails, for weeks!! Thank goodness for paying through PayPal and ended up getting all my money back! I opened a dispute and this sham company didn’t reply to them so I won the case! Disgusting & avoid!! Clearly judging by other reviews they aren’t the politest people and their service is just as shocking

Hello ... it was refunded almost immediately due to the item not being in-stock which we specified. I am not sure why you ordered again, yet as you can see we refunded again straight away.

Very poor
Purchasing was easy enough but, the shipping address needed to be changed. I attempted to let the company know this by phone and email to no avail. I would have spoken to the courier but sadly the company use Hermes (now evri) so of course any contact was impossible. Now, over a week has passed I’ve still not had a reply from customer services. Really poor.

I am a bit disappointed with my order
I am a bit disappointed with my order. The hood is great. Good quality and colour. The mortar board is ok. A bit flimsy. The gown is disappointing. It was advertised as not being thin and see through. It is. Also the sleeves are Madters cut and not bachelors.

Not replying to emails and calls
Wanted an exchange or return but no one is replying to emails and phone calls. Stop lying that you will answer within 24 hours. I have been calling for over 30 times and more than 5 emails, none of them get answered.
