Team work Grainger and Adrem - AWSOME

Very grateful to Ms Miranda Rowe and Adrem Ltd for providing a caring and professional service and quickly providing bathroom taps that can be used by someone with limited dexterity. The original contractor said it could NOT be done without removing our bath. 🙈 - but Adrem provided an excellent work around that was fast, perfect for what we needed and didn’t move the bath! WELL DONE to all concerned. Very grateful. 🙏

I highly recommend asking for Bibban if you’re looking for the perfect agent!

From the very beginning, she was incredibly proactive, accommodating, and professional, while also being a genuinely great listener. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and quickly showed me a flat that I absolutely fell in love with.

It’s also worth mentioning that I viewed properties with neighbouring developers, but none of the agents there could compare to Bibban. She truly stood out.

What made the biggest difference was how much she genuinely cared-she really wanted me and my two cats to find a place we could call home.

Thank you, Bibban, for being such a helpful, dedicated, and professional person! Thanks to you, our move into the new flat was incredibly smooth and seamless!

Bibban was extremely kind and…

Bibban was extremely kind and courteous! She fully understood our requirements and walked us through the amenities of the building and showed us apartments to our liking. Furthermore, she was extremely quick to respond to any queries and was always supportive throughout the tenancy process which made us feel at home right from day 1. I would recommend Bibban and her whole team everytime someone looks to search for their home! Thank you Bibban.

Maisie was great throughout the whole…

Maisie was great throughout the whole process of securing our rental. She was supportive, considerate, and never judgemental. Even when we hit a bump in the road with our application, she went out of her way to help find a solution for us. We really appreciated her help and professionalism.

The appt was rotting

I complained about a hole in the kitchen for months! Months! They said it was just a squeaky floor (thanks to then building manager Katie Castle) and ignored the many issues of mould that kept arising.

When they finally did look at what the matter was they realised my kitchen had been rotted well before I even moved in and had to be evacuated immediately! I’d been asking for this to be addressed for months!

The best bit was how they placed me in a travel lodge that had a bed bug infestation so I had to leave tha and couch surf while they found me another unit. The next unit the found, which they denied giving me permission to look at before agreeing to move in was smaller (they said it was bigger than my last unit) and inexplicably more expensive. I was desperate so had to take it.

Can’t say enough warnings about dealing with this company who has no idea on what it takes to do the right thing or keep their employees accountable for over promising and under delivering.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused. After concerns about the kitchen floor, our checks revealed an underground leak that compromised the subfloor. Once the home was deemed unsafe, we ended the tenancy on safety grounds. To help, we arranged a nearby hotel and confirmed reasonable food costs would be covered; when issues arose, we offered to move you, but you chose to stay with family. We also covered packing, storage, and relocation of your belongings, and offered another apartment in the building on a new agreement at £50 above your previous rent. After six months, the keys were returned without notice and an outstanding balance remained despite attempts to resolve it, so the matter proceeded through the court process and a judgment was issued. We regret the situation and aimed to act fairly and with care throughout.

Thank you Molli!

Grainger have been extremely helpful in finding a property. In particular, Molli has made sure we found the property we were looking for, she gave us all the details we needed and we didn’t feel rushed at all when viewing the properties. She also gave us many options and in the end she made sure we selected a property that felt like home. Definitely the best estate agent I’ve ever come across. Thank you Molli!

Molli from Graingers carried out our viewing with us and we must say she was very professional, accommodating and extremely helpful. The whole experience was seamless and the speedy turn around in securing the apartment was exceptional.
