Connor, our initial contact, has been helpful and quickly followed up on info we needed to complete our renting process.

Connor and the staff at Millwrights Place were very helpful during my viewing. Connor was friendly and took the time to give me a thorough tour of the facilities and apartment options available. He dealt with my questions very professionally. I left with the information I needed to proceed with my application. The necessary paperwork was forwarded promptly.

Everyone I dealt with during the process was fantastic - Chiara and Naseem were really helpful and as other reviews have mentioned they respond extremely quickly, which helps during what can be quite a stressful process!

Fiona was fantastic, really communicative, helpful and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her to help you find an apartment!

While I’m still in the process of signing the contract, I can say that after months of exhausting house hunting across the city, this experience was a breath of fresh air. Special thanks to Deanne for making everything so much easier with her quick responses, clear communication, and reassuring support. She also validated my concerns about moving on my own, which made a positive difference!

A fantastic service from Fiona, very responsive and incredibly helpful. Made the whole process very easy, removing any unnecessary stress. The referencing process was also very quick and the Lettings team were very responsive and helpful.

A big THANK YOU to Molli who has helped me in securing a good apartment in Clippers Quay! At first the plan was to look for a flat by myself and then it switched to a 2-bed apartments which are pet-friendly, but in the end it got back to 1-bed. Many thanks to Molli for helping me to locate different apartments under Grainger in different stages and she always responded to my enquiries and messages promptly! I am really pleased with her service!! :)

We have had a few landlords in the past. Certainly Grainger stands out for me as a top notch & caring landlord. We had the pleasure of Jemma Herring that assisted us with our lease renewal. Her service was excellent - she was polite, courteous, efficient, timely and on top of her game. It’s been a pleasure working with her. Such an asset to her company. Huge thanks to Saleena for showing us around the new building in Oxford. Besutiful facilities and very well thought out. The process was friendly and informative without making us feel pressured. Saleena answered all our questions and made sure we felt valued.

A difficult company to contact and get information from but finally got great customer service from Luke Pollard sorting out a Landlords Certificate.

Grainger has got to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I've been treated like dirt by them, like an annoyance over a complaint I made. When everything is working well, they're fine - just horrendously overpriced for a satisfactory apartment. When things go wrong, they'll just get defensive. As for their complaints procedure, it's a joke. I was not listened to empathetically and understandingly by single employee. The stress and anxiety of dealing with them has taken years off my life. Never again will I live in a Grainger property and I will discourage anyone I meet from doing the same.
