After purchasing a VIP package via Ticketmaster which was not provided as advertised (lots of missing elements, no merchandise etc), I was advised to speak to Granted as the provider of the VIP package.

Over 2 months has now passed of back and forths between Granted customer service, in which they have just ignored me (and other customers) and provided no resolution to the issues in hand.

I would not recommend purchasing any VIP products sold by Live Nation / Ticketmaster but provided by Granted in future.

2 months of ongoing emails and not one reply. We went to a kid laroi soundcheck ViP event. Which was over 3 hours late, the merchandise wasn’t there & only after reaching out the the original team did I get a response, and said if we filled a form in they would post out the ViP merch direct to us.
We that was bull. Absolute scams. At the event there was one fella who was running about like a headless chicken. Stressed to the max no doubt. No one was helpful, and since the event radio silent. Over £300 a ticket. For what. ? 10 mins soundcheck. Rubbish company.

I have to say that we had a very unique experience with them! Everything went just perfect and the communication, updates, the speed of the replies, I mean everything was on point!
These guys are something else!

Said on the website it was early entry but now it’s after the show. This is false advertising which shouldn’t be allowed. No refund or even partial refund for the false advertising. If I’d have known this, I never would have brought the vip tickets.

horrible. the tickets they are selling for VIP is advertised as early entry. now we recieve an email saying theres no early entry. REFUND is NOT given. Customer support horrible. Its a SCAM!

They promised early entry on the VIP package for Ava Max, to then cancel the early entry and not even issue a partial refund.

They’ve not even responded to anyone’s emails, and their customer support is terrible.

This company is a SCAM.

This company is legit, great customer service, and fair. I had an unfortunate illness that caused me not only to cancel attending the concert, but I was unable to travel as well. I had to cancel the same week of the concert! They were so understanding and refunded me for the tickets promptly. I wasn’t even expecting a refund; I would have been happy with a ticket credit but they went above and beyond knowing I was sick.
Hoping to catch the last leg of tour and will definitely get my tickets through “your wish has been Granted.co” ;)

I was skeptical about the legitimacy of this ticketing site, but they are in fact legit. We got our tickets and they were fabulous seats and even better than the ones we were expecting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Granted if you have the patience to wait to get tickets in hand at the last minute.

Best ticketing platform I’ve ever used. Unique vip experiences and incredible customer service. 10/10
