Rude and arrogant Sales Manager , Callum, Leanne from service thought she could be rude to my husband as well. Very unprofessional branch. Had my new EV4 for 3 days and it had problems starting , over first 2 weeks would not start 11 times . RAC struggled as well, called out twice , my husband and daughter could not start it either . But the attitude was my fault , made me start car in front of them ! I have driven electric cars for 2 years . RAC say it an intermittent fault with computer system , but Kia seem to think it my fault ! Would never recommend them them unless you want to be talked down to as you are a woman. Ongoing problem. Eventually a helpful service manager agreed to have the car in to look at , fingers crossed they fix it . Or I will reject the vehicle as never felt so on edge in a new vehicle to when it will not start

As they have never had an automatic she explained all the features clearly. She was friendly and efficient which made the process much easier for my parents. Think she is an asset to this dealership.

Second time writing this 1 star rating as Gravells clearly had my review removed for speaking the truth. I've had nothing but terrible service since I started going there. Leased 3 cars over 5 years and each time I book on for MOT, I'm lied to stating that they tried calling to cancel. They even slyly added 2 payments of service when I went to pay a deposit for my car, even though I specifically told them I didn't want it. I've had one service out of it, and I've recently booked the car into another garage for my second serviced despite already paying Gravells. Receptionist is so unprofessional. I will never ever return.

Getting my Kia service orgainised with Gravell's was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any company. Two months from start to finish. I won't go into the full story, but a particular highlight was learning that an online booking isn't actually a booking - "Someone should have phoned you" - and it would be a further three weeks before they could fit it in. When it finally happened I lost a week's work while they waited for a part, followed by "We *might* get it fixed tomorrow". I had to threaten a sit-in in their showroom in order to get them to finally pull their finger out.
I was planning on changing my car this year. It won't be a Kia because there's no way I'm dealing with Gravells again.

Not a pleasent experience. Gravells appear to be focussed on selling, rather than fixing cars. Firstly sent an online 'check in' which was basically what other services do you want to add and pay for. In Gravells at Llansamlet asked if I wanted to set up a 2 year service plan, again costing money for a 10 year old car. No I don't. One of the things I had asked them to look at was the engine light, which was coming on, they didn't. This would have been useful and I would have been prepared to pay for this. This appears to be set up to get as much money as possible from customers without actually providing much of a service.

I have been a Kia Picanto owner for 14+ years and when it came to getting a new car, I knew it had to be another Kia!
Over several weeks I browsed the website and finally decided to get the process started by completing the very easy valuation form. The follow up response emails from Josh were great and I sent over a few details of what I was looking for and we arrange for me to visit the showroom.
On arrival Josh had already sourced a selection of potential 2-3 year Picanto's across the wider Gravells dealerships - everything I had asked for, even down to the specific colour! Josh's focus and attention to detail was spot on - making me feel heard and understood. We looked at Picanto on site in Swansea, had a test drive - all perfect! Within 45mins I had paid a deposit and had arranged to collect my new (to me) car!
Josh made the whole process (from start to finish) perfect and easy. His attention to detail, his easy going manner, friendly personality - all making expectational customer service! And he has been in touch after the purchase to make sure I am happy with everything. Thank you Josh!

Got to say Service Manager Scott rang me back less than 24 hrs after receiving the car to confirm the problem had been fixed and that the car was already to be picked up.
On picking the car up, a brief informative explaination was given of the repair done, all given with a smile and a sparkly cleaned car.

We popped over to Swansea in September looking to upgrade our Sportage 3 to a Sportage 3 Hybrid, while there talking to Mr Bilal Rass, We had a chance to Test Drive a EV 6 GT line S. It was WOW WOW WOW, we went back and changed our minds. Bilal took us all the way though from start to Driving away today in our New EV 6 GT Line S, we are very very happy. Bilal is an Asset to Gravells of Swansea, No way pushy but a very Helpful Gentleman.

Josh Phillips was extremely helpful from the first day we met right up to the moment we drove off the forecourt.
He kept in touch by telephone throught the process and made me aware of timescales for collection.
Josh not only explained how the the car worked he took the time to go through EVERYTHING, demonstrating each feature ensuring our full satisfaction before we left.

The service I have received from Gravells is sub standard. The staff don't seem to know what one side of the garage is doing. Record keeping is not done, no record of car being to the garage, supposed to have ordered a new dashboard for my Kia been waiting since December 2023 for part.
Car has been back to the garage, mechanic's were supposed to have sorted saying the fuse was the problem sorted. Went to use car still same problem with dashboard no display. What a waste of fuel that's twice now! This has been on going since Dec 4th. I was asked to take the review off, or there could be a problem with the warranty with regard to the car being fixed.
