Oliver the sales man was second to none, if all salespeople were like him you should have no worries about selling cars. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind. Exceptional dealership and customer service
After visiting a local dealerships and test driving a Renault Megane we were set on the car, however not so taken by the dealerships. Previously having a Kia and dealing with Gravells Abergavenny, I think we had been spoilt and expected the same great experience. When we found a Gravells in Kidwelly that also specialised in Renault we deemed the longer journey to the dealership well worth it! And it was. Response to initial new car enquiry was speedy, ongoing contact with Karl showed a commitment towards customer service and communication, even responding on his day off, and made the process of ordering and purchasing amazingly painless. The car was delivered and prepared well within time. Karl spent some time acquainting me with the controls and options the car offers, and made it clear I could return at any time to clarify any queries. A really excellent and supportive experience. Would highly recommend Gravells.

Emyr is always polite and courteous and very informative about the technicalities aspects of new cars

The sales executive, Karl Goble was very helpful in helping me select a car that was suitable for my needs.
Karl even agreed to meet me on his day off as I had to cancel a previous meeting with him.
