The service from Grayshott Gigabit was excellent - from the installation to ongoing communication and the quality of the connection. I'm moving house and unfortunately, they don't yet serve the area as I would have gladly retained their service.

Amazing performance at a fraction of the cost

Having been thoroughly frustrated with my internet/phone supplier of years who have been consistently overcharging me, I was excited when I heard that Grayshott Gigabit seemed to be offering a better alternative. I signed up as soon as I could, and am absolutely delighted with the service and support. For a fraction of the cost I am able to get performance that is vastly superior to what I had, and I don’t have to rely on copper wires and immoral rentals too! I was originally worried that support might be a bit hit-and-miss with a smaller supplier, but that has not been the case and the team have responded immediately to any potential issues (and there weren’t many!). I would recommend them (and have done so many times) to anyone in the area who is looking to drop their current supplier because you won’t regret it!

Fast reliable speeds from a great team

Fast symmetrical broadband speeds, that are very reliable when certain other vendors aren’t disrupting the cables!

The great thing with GG is the personal care though. After decades of dealing with faceless BT it is so refreshing to get to know people by name and build connections.

Dear Greg, Many Thanks for your review. We are pleased that we resolved your query by sending an engineer to your home to verify the speeds. Our engineer verified that you are indeed getting the 100Mbps service package, and that the MESH is in the optimal position connected to the main Router.

We always recommend to self-test the speed on our GigabitIQ app that uses Ookla, to measure the speed from the main Router & MESH to provide the most accurate speed test. Testing from individual devices is often at the behest of the Wi-Fi capability of each device. Our routers and MESH are Wi-Fi 6, and use the latest 80211.ax as standard, so if you have a device that have antennas that are not Wi-Fi 6 capable, they may not get the fastest Wi-Fi speed tests that our router is broadcasting. Also the benefit of the GigabitIQ app is that should you choose to move the MESH to any location, the app gives an indication of whether the MESH is too far from the main Router, hence you may suffer speed degradation again.

However, the position the MESH is in the home is perfect for the throughputs of the 100Mbps, as verified by Wi-Fi scans & speed tests of the Wi-Fi in your home.

We also thank you for being available, we're happy to support our customers with any support, even with engineer visits to help them with their Wi-Fi issues, as part of our service. Grayshott gigabit have been excellent…

Grayshott gigabit have been excellent throughout the process of switching from our previous provider . Everything was completed without any problem and the staff are excellent friendly and professional. The installation team were competent,knowledgeable and their work was carried out to the highest standard .
We have had no problems at all with connection and find the upload and download speed outstanding. All in all a great move and very affordable prices too

Brilliant customer service, reasonably priced and it works!

I spent a lot of time faffing about, wondering whether I wanted to give up my landline (or pay separately for one) and where I wanted to router and its accompanying bits to be. Grayshott Gigabit were nothing but kind and patient and helpful. The installation went well. There was a change of date because they needed a cherry picker to sort the connection to my telegraph pole, but I was notified.

I like the fact that do not put up their prices mid-contract and almost the best part about it is that you can get straight through to them on the phone. No odious multiple choice options, just one number and straight through. Also, they are a local company who care about the community they are living in. They’re not here just to make huge amounts of money for their investors by giving cheap introductory prices and then hiking prices dramatically as that offer ends.

I have given 4 stars because I struggle to get a signal in my bedroom. (I am in a bungalow so it’s down the other end from the router.) I knew this might be the case but it seems odd that sometimes I can and sometimes I can’t. I could get a booster, but Grayshott Gigabit like you to pay monthly for theirs so they can monitor your use for problems. This option is quite expensive compared to purchasing one, although I realise some of the cost if for the monitoring.

I am more than happy to recommend this broadband supplier. What they do works and any time you need to call it’s more like talking with friends. (And I haven’t missed the landline except when I’ve put my phone down somewhere and I need to call it to find it!)

Fabulous service

Great product, excellent service

The product is great. Prices good too. Fibre to the house is much quicker and multiple people can us without any lag or buffering.
The service they provide is excellent, any problems and they really are proactive in solving these issues. Would highly recommend.

Full signal everywhere!!

For years we have struggled for wifi around the pottery, but since installing Grayshott Gigabit along with the boosters we now have full signal through out the site and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Super fast service and broadband …

At 9pm last night our new puppy chewed through our cable for our internet. I quickly fired off an e-mail to customer services and got a response that evening. Even better was, by 9:30 am we were back up and running after a new cable was dropped off by an engineer. This agile service is incredible, and better than you get from the established big companies. Excellent service by a local caring team.
