The whole team at Graystone Referral Centre, from reception to consultants, were kind, caring and professional. I was referred to them by my own dentist following an accident resulting in me losing some of my bottom teeth and part of the jaw bone with them. After a rather traumatic experience they dealt with the situation calmly, promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend the service.

An easy, educational, clean and friendly dental practice. I was put at ease as soon as I booked in with a very friendly receptionist who made the booking very easy and straightforward. I then had my appointment with AJ who was interested in why I had this tooth issue and was very educational as to why this issue could of occurred. I was in the dentist chair for 2 hours, and was constantly checked on and talked through the whole procedure which put me at ease (as well as the ceiling TV to distract me). The final result was so good and my teeth now look great. Very grateful to the team and would 100% return.

I recommend Grayston Referral Centre for utterly professional and well supported dental guidance and treatment. My own treatment which took place from January 2023 through August 2023 has not only improved my dental wellbeing but that of my general health aswell. Throughout my treatment the whole staff whether directly or indirectly involved in my treatment were friendly, supportive and thoroughly professional at all times. All of my treatment was explained clearly and transparently ahead of time both in terms of medical benefit and financial cost.

I visited Graystone's to have a complicated filling in my wisdom tooth. Sadly I've had this attempted at other dentists but within weeks it had fallen out.

Graystone Referral is a very relaxing environment which made me feel calm even before I went into the surgery.

Mr Ray-Chaudhuri was excellent, he examined my teeth and told me exactly what he was going to do step-by-step. I then put on my headphones to listen to music as suggested by the very helpful dental nurses.

Mr Ray-Chaudhuri is very skilled and I left with a very smooth filling, which I am delighted to say is still perfectly intact 18 months later.

The whole team at Graystone are so friendly and professional I felt I was in very safe and trustworthy hands every visit . There is a degree of honesty and excellent support which I have yet to experience at any other dental practice . Outstanding .

I had the most wonderful and positive experience at Graystone referral centre. Aj and his highly skilled team provided the upmost care and attention whilst I had treatment for a root canal and dental implant. The process from the initial consultation to the treatment itself was seamless. Aj explained everything involved and patiently answered any questions/concerns I had. A full examination and thorough treatment plan was provided. At every stage I was well looked after, and was provided with brilliant after care. I was referred by my dentist to Graystone Referral Centre in Hassocks for their specialist expertise, as a precaution to a potential difficultly with possible complications of a tooth that required root canal treatment.

Right from the outset of my journey with GRC, I received a call from Sarah who explained everything in such clear detail about the next step, also answered all of my questions with great care and patience so that I was totally at ease.I can honestly say that I have received exceptional care and service during my three visits to GRC and I was always made to feel most welcome and kept fully informed by Sarah.

From my initial consultation and assessment with the very professional A J Ray-Chaudhuri specialists consultant and his caring support team, I was then in the care of Chetan Morjaria and his caring support team who did a truly amazing work on a difficult positioned tooth with a very deep root canal, so very special thanks for their high level of care and expert work.

As well as being very impressed with all the treatment and care I received from the Graytsone team I’m truly grateful to them for saving my tooth which without their high level of expertise and amazing hi tech equipment I fear I may have had the tooth removed.

I can’t thank Mr Maini and Mr Ray-Chaudhuri enough for the excellent care I have had at Graystones. I was treated with kindness, excellent expertise and professionalism. The nursing staff were amazing and put me at ease.

The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff at Graystone is outstanding and the whole experience from the beginning has been excellent. During my first appointment AJ thoroughly explained every step of my upcoming procedures, making sure I had a clear understanding about the treatment and he was happy to answer any questions that I had. Throughout the treatment AJ and the team are very professional and extremely friendly and I didn’t feel any pain.

Gravestone Referral Centre provided a positive experience that has eliminated my anxiety of visiting a Dental Clinic, while also educating and reenergising me to follow better dental practices that will have improved aesthetics and health.

My last dental visit was many many years ago and I now cannot wait to go back and start the course of proposed treatment!

My experience:
- clinic was very new, spacious and relaxing; nothing like a dental waiting room
- receptionist was very personal and engaging, making me feel welcomed as opposed to 'just another' patient.
- The Director and lead clinician (AJ) was immediately available and started by introducing the team that would be engaging on my assessment and showing me around the facility and explaining the various equipment that would be used.
- The assessment started with a general conversation that doubled to complete a medical history and align on what I wanted to change; it then progressed with visual inspection, x-rays, scans and some cleaning.
- AJ, the Assistant and Nurse were engaging enough to get the job done and make me feel comfortable without being overpowering or making me feel uncomfortable for not engaging in more conversation
Overall I had an incredibly positive experience and I would highly recommend the practice.
