Great product and excellent service - the first one went missing in delivery, what is most important and impressive is the support Dennis and the team provided in sending a prompt replacement.

Very prompt response to fix an error that I’d made. Had the image printed myself and was much better than what I saw on the screen. Would recommend company and night sky as a gift. Framed came up beautiful

I cannot fault my experience with Greater Skies. Dennis provided wonderful and help and support, from answering my questions to enabling me to make a very late change to the design of my star map. Delivery was fast and the map well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Most importantly, the recipient loves their personalised gift. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greater Skies.

Dennis has exceptional customer service. He really goes out of his way to ensure your needs are met and you are satisfied. I was unsure if the sky image would arrive before Valentine’s Day, but low and behold it arrived right on time and I am so Impressed. There is a lot of detailing in the design. I actually gave it to my hubby early because I was so excited. He also loves it. To top off the service you are given a complimentary e-card. Which is an electronic card via email, this is really cute and adds to the overall value tremendously as you can sort of design it yourself. Thanks so much Dennis ! You’ve made one couple super happy this Valentine’s Day ☺️

fantastic service and great product. Original print frame was damaged, probably in transit, but Dennis at Greater Skies swiftly resolved. No quibble, new print arrived shortly afterwards. So pleased with the print, and brilliant customer service.

We are very happy with our star map. We had it made to reflect the day our family came together 10 years ago. It is quite beautiful and was placed on the wall in a prominent place in our home where all can see. I don't hesitate to encourage others to do the same. I think you'll be happy with it too.

A beautiful and unique gift for my boyfriend! At first I thought the maps were quite expensive, but I can confirm that it is definitely worth it! The quality is perfect and I like the fact that the names of the stars and constellations are included. The color of the map I received (delivery even quicker than I expected and came in a protective tube) did not totally meet my expectations, but after being in contact with the customer service, I received a new print in the right color for free (thank you Dennis!). My only advice would be the possibility to choose from different font styles. But overall I would 100% recommend Greater Skies!

Very nice product - bought that for my sister's birthday and it looks exactly like on the photos.

There was a problem with the delivery, but the customer service was super responsive and sorted it out in a timely manner.

I bought a map 2 tears ago and was very happy with all the download options that came with it. This year I wanted to buy a New one and print the old map again, unfortinatly the old map was't available in my email. Customerservice helped me within the next hour, resend me the old map and gave some New print tips. I'm very happy with this company; great maps, super gast service, usefull tips. Definatly recommend!

I bought this for my anniversary of the night I met my boyfriend. He hasn't seen it yet as it's next week but I am over the moon (pardon the pun) with it. I saw one on a friends wall and thought it was a marvellous idea. :)

I purchased a satellite map for my daughter's 30th birthday 'the day you were born', she absolutely loves it. The customer service was exceptional between myself & Dennis, delivery was spot on 👌 highly recommend 😊

I can not describe what this did for the relationship with my boyfriend. It meant so much to him. It is PERFECT!!!! Our relationship became official after a night of looking at the stars. This was awesome for him to receive as he is a huge fan of NASA and anything related to it. I would recommend it over and over again and they were great to work with. They made changes to it after it was submitted and had no problem doing so. Thanks for such an awesome gift!

We were really impressed with the Greater Skies map. We received a fantastic and very high quality print. The recipient was delighted. The customer service was second to none. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and will indeed be using them again ourselves.

Milla has been very helpful and sympathetic to my requirements to produce a Star Map for me, with excellent communication throughout the process and a quick delivery once everything was agreed.

I ordered a star map for my parents Golden Wedding anniversary. I have to say that Greater Skies customer service is 2nd to none. I left it a bit late to order but when I told Dennis he said he would keep an eye on it. He was true to his word and it arrived bang on time. I have yet to see it but my parents were absolutely delighted with it. Seeing the stars as they were on the day they got married was very special. The service GS gives is really personal, you feel that they really value your custom. They even check in with you afterwards and make sure your order has arrived. Thank you Dennis you are a star!! Oh and owning the artwork once it is designed is an unexpected bonus. I sent the soft copy to my parents as well and they were able to enjoy seeing the map in larger format and really appreciate the detail.
