I had a great experience with GreaterSkies and with their customer support and their print quality is top notch. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Firstly the actual product is fantastic, secondly the ease of ordering is incredible and finally the customer service is second to none. Quick response from initial request and great follow up and service from Dennis. I required the item before the anticipated delivery date and Dennis pulled out all the stops to get this to me on time.

Can't fault greater skies and I will certainly keep them in mind for future gifts.

I was not expecting this map to be so beautiful 😍. I was so surprised, it is an anniversary gift for our son and I know they will just live it 💜. It is so unique and what a fantastic idea 💡. When they opened it they were both just stunned at how beautiful it is I had it framed in a floating glass frame and it’s just gorgeous! They found the perfect place to display it. Your customer service is the best, they kept me informed on any concerns I had. Thank you for making this the best gift ever!

First of all, the idea of the product itself is really amazing. An actual map representation of the stars on a special day for you is so cool!

Communication with the company throughout the process was great. Dennis, from customer support was very friendly and always willing to answer my questions with an immediate response.

Shipping was fast and the packaging was very secure.

The actual product was so beautifull! Printed in hight quality paper and framed in a subtle frame that doesnt take anything away from the map itself and even highlights all the little details.

Definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a unique gift or a treat for themselves.

I ordered a constellation map for our 5th anniversary. Dennis was with me every step of the way, emailing occassionally with feedback without being pushy. He even stopped the production process once while I contemplated changing some wording on the map. Everything was delivered well ahead of schedule with no issues. The map looks great. The framework works beautifully with the classic map design. I think what separates Greater Skies from other constellation map companies is how thorough the map really is. The constellations are mapped out and clearly labeled. Certain stars and planets are different colors (ostensibly to tell us if they are red dwarves or super giants or whatever other kinds of stars there are). The coordinates, time, and date are subtly noted to ensure accuracy. I think there are seriously 7700 stars on the map. Other companies might have different stylistic designs, but they also sometimes just tended to look like random squiggly lines with some dots to indicate stars. There was no way of knowing if the constellation map was accurate. I really wanted to memorialize a specific moment in time and I think Greater Skies does this beautifully. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a memorable gift for a loved one.

Beautiful product, excellent customer services. We had a slight issue with our print and within 24 hours of contacting the company Dennis had provided a replacement at no extra cost. If only all companies were as considerate, understanding and professional as this one. Hats off to you all, especially Dennis. One very happy customer.

This was an anniversary gift and I was one big pain as a customer. I had first asked to expedite it so that I could get the gift on time, I did this just 4 days before my anniversary. This was very last minute. Dennis, was amazing and he did everything he could to make sure I got it before my anniversary, which I did. However, I used the wrong year, used this year instead of the anniversary date. Dennis to the rescue again, helped me to get a new map with the right date. Then I recieved the map and it was gorgeous, however, I did not have the right date typed into the caption, even though, they had it right on the map. Lots of customer error. Dennis to the rescue again, he sent me a new map, via email, provided me tips on how to get it printed right so that the quality was perfect. Finally, it printed, the date was right, and the caption was right. It turned out amazing. I was told it was the best gift ever recieved. These are so thoughtful, unique and timeless. I love them and can’t wait for more occasions to come back and order more. Thank you so much GreaterSkies and Dennis!

My sister bought a night sky map to celebrate the birth of our son. What a beautiful gift! The print is of the highest quality, presenting the night sky in wonderfully clear detail. It's lovely to have the time, date and place of birth recorded on the map too. Ours was already framed in a smart light weight frame, and now hangs proudly in our son's nursery. I recommend the night sky maps very highly as a top quality gift for others, or to treat yourself!

PRODUCT PURCHASED: CLASSIC SKY MAP

As there were no reviews of this company on here I was a little dubious about ordering. However I received great customer service, and a fantastic poster print.

I typed my time and location into a few similar websites, and several displayed the Sun in the same location, giving me the confidence that Greaterskies.com are using the proper star database/ programme to generate their star maps. I chose this company as preferred their style and size of print. Plus [as they are based in Cambridge] they had a star map tribute to the late Stephen Hawking on their website, which was touching and demonstrated professionalism in my eyes.

I was keen to buy the framed option, but due to having to hang this in an awkward location over plug sockets (where a wall mounted TV used to be), I decided not to risk this, and instead bought a massive deep frame elsewhere that I knew would definitely fit. The unmounted poster arrived in good packaging, without damage. It was protected with special wrapping, within a poster tube. It also arrived within 2 days of ordering, by Parcelforce rather than Royal Mail.

I initially thought the star map with constellation labels might look a bit 'busy', as the unlabelled version is gorgeous. However in the end I opted for constellation labels so that I could pick out all the planets. I'm glad I did, the print is gorgeous, and not too 'busy' at all.

I’m really pleased with the print quality, and have now framed it myself. I’m intending to hang it on the wall the day before our wedding anniversary whilst hubby is out. See if he notices when he comes home!

By the way, I only bother to leave reviews on these websites when I’ve risked buying from a company with few or no reviews. I would not be going to this effort for a well known company, but I received great customer service (several emails), and so I’m hoping this helps others know that they can rely on this business.
