Great customer service. I made a mistake on my order and email them to correct it. They responded same say and made the changes I requested. The end product was better quality than I expected based on the price. Great experience and great product.

Thank you to the team at GreaterSkies, so grateful for the online support and of course the finished product! My dear friend (the recipient) was blown away and quite taken a back with receiving her poster showing her the stars for the night of her 60th Birthday...and it just so happened she spent her birthday on a beautiful farm around a fire pit staring up at the stars printed in her poster. The relevance, surprise, presentation and keepsake will always be a divine reminder of her night and from 3 people who love her. Cath - Australia.

Great product. Even better than advertised. Excellent service, responsive and delivered 1 week prior to expected date.

I compared several companies offering a similar product and found Greaterskies to have the best value, superior artwork file allowing me full control, and outstanding customer service. After several months, I lost the file of my artwork when my computer crashed. I reached out and requested that they send a link to access the old file, expecting that I might have to pay again (which would have not have made me happy). But instead, I had a super fast response of YES, and they sent a link the artwork. GREAT customer service. Thank you!

I bought a starmap for my boyfriend who loves the sky. He was really amazed, didn’t know it existed, and now shows the map to everyone.

The quality of the paper is incredible, the contact i had to answer my question (Dennis) was very nice and helped me a lot. Thank you So much.

Birthday gift for my wife.Went with the framed package which makes the gift that much more special. Had a few questions to ask where upon I had great communication via Dennis.
If you have the wife with everything this could be the gift she would love.

I was so pleased with my print. I ordered it shortly after I attended a wedding, which was held in their backyard due to the recent pandemic. What a great gift to give them. Received my map today. Process from start to finish was very easy, from ordering online, communicating with the company who is responsive and addressed a very minor delivery inquiry pomptly. Also followed up after the order was delivered. Great customer service and an absolutely perfect gift that the recipient loved. 5 stars and would absolutely use again.

A great present for our 10th anniversary. I'd left it late (as any self respecting bloke would) and whilst panicking about what to buy, got recommended Greater Skies. Great idea, and right up my partner's street as she's quite sentimental like that! Problem was, I was up against it time-wise, so I placed the order then asked Dennis at Greater Skies if he wouldn't mind turning it around in 24 hours as I was so crap at timing myself. Nothing was too much trouble and as promised the beautifully printed poster arrive on the day of our anniversary. Life saved! Communication was friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended!
