Scammers

We got pulled in the store and the guy started his sales pitch. They had a high priced machine to remove wrinkles, age spots etc that they were trying to push but couldn't use it on us because the owner hadn't trained them to use it and he wasn't there. Miraculously he appears and starts to try and sell this $12,000 machine. He said we could make payments on it and that we could get points on our cards. Be ran my boyfriend's card and when he didn't have enough money on it for them asked if he had any other cards or PayPal, Venmo etc. Then they ran one of my cards for _$6,000, $3000 and $1000. I don't have anywhere near that in credit limit so pretty sure that got declined, I have to call my credit card when I get home. They also took our phones to connect to "their" Internet. When they realized they couldn't scam our cards for big money they wanted nothing to do with us.

Nothing but scam

Nothing but scam. I purchased a product that was amazing in the store, it is not what was sold to me. They truly tried to pressure me into buying a 5000.00 face light. When I told them no and that I had already paid for the cream at a discount, they were VERY upset. 3 different people took turns trying to force me into the purchase. I guess they thought of they got me drunk on the FREE alcohol I'd cave in. Then left my face half covered in dried on product when I refused to buy.

Don't do it unless you want a VERY INTENSE & LONG sales pitch. Then when you tell them no you have to think about it he still does not give up and finally when you think it's over he will very passive aggressively put up down and make you feel ugly and not worthy. Oh and the best thing was telling you to give a review BEFORE you leave the place (even have the scan code there) to get a "free gift". But it is only free after selling your soul. Just beware.

⭐ 1-Star Review for Green Biotics

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Green Biotics. Their team kept calling me repeatedly to schedule an appointment, making it sound like they were offering genuine wellness services. However, after I finally booked the appointment, it was cancelled without any prior notice, showing a complete lack of professionalism.

To make matters worse, when I contacted them, the staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no sense of how to speak to potential clients. One of them even admitted that they were not really offering the services they initially pitched — instead, it was just an attempt to sell some device.

This is highly misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend Green Biotics to anyone based on this experience.

Total scam by Micheal they sell…

Total scam by Micheal they sell hydrogen based products so it's basically water that smells good but has no nutritional value. He ripped me off 1600 and my eye cream I paid for he took back then gave me used products and tried to charge me 1600. I have Chicago police in involved now. I hope they shut this place down.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! Advertised a Facial for neck and face. They don’t have real estheticians and are not performing facials. This was not relaxing at all. I expected to go into a spa environment to seek beauty treatments and relaxation. From the beginning the “esthetician” began with trying to sell their amazing device. the front of the spa located in a mall, looks clean and relaxing but then she led me to a back area that looks like a makeshift, pop up space, not a spa. She did talk about the procedure and asked if I have questions. After some small talk that is usually not necessary during a facial the young woman started pushing the device that was going to work miracles. Initially the price quoted was 4000 for the face device and 2000 for the eye device 😳! Then she pushed me and asked what was stopping me from “committing”. When I said the price, she said “let me see what I can do, I really want to help you improve your beauty”. She hands me the device and has me give myself the facial while she goes out. She comes back with a great deal for me and quoted 1800 for both the devices !!! I was given a FACIAL just on my cheeks and eyes. I had do fight for getting the rest of my face and neck. Then she proceeded to use the device for 5 more minutes.I wasn’t going in there thinking I was gonna be harassed for buying expensive devices. This place is out to swindle innocent people out of money! Please do not fall for this place Green Biotics location in the Woodfield mall in Schaumburg IL ! NOT a facial at all. Only high pressure sales to buy their device.

Regarding Nassau store

Regarding Nassau store, yes very high pressure sales but I was charged for a product I never received and haven't been able to recover payment. Unfortunately cannot recommend. Purchased red light device which I believe does work to some degree but price was many times what it's worth. Recommend purchasing similar device on Amazon.

I wish I could give them zero star

I wish I could give them zero star. Bunch of unfriendly people who lie and want to sell a damn device. Unfriendly and rude. They advertised lie on the internet and I made an appointment and after at least 10 times confirming I went there and they said from this procedure you will see 2% result!!!!! You should buy the damn device. They even can’t talk properly so at least I understand them. I left without any proper apology and told them I’ll write a review and Jeff said ok. I don’t know how they stayed on the business with all these negative reviews and service!!!!!

If I could give this company a Zero i would. I went there for their "promotional" experience for facial/neck treatment and didn't realize I would be hounded to spend 4k for their device and services. The owner, he called himself Jeff did not even finish my treatment because I said No. I was then charged $87 for 1/2 a facial. Very disappointing and at that point I just wanted to leave because I wanted to get out of there.

STAY AWAY FROM GREEN BIOTICS!

I was HEAVILY, HEAVILY pushed into buying something. Francesca gave me a free sample for my hand, but every time I tried to leave or even mention that I can't afford the stuff, she kept coercing me and nearly got aggressive whenever I didn't take the offer, using manipulative language of how she cares and money matters less than skincare, stupid crud like that. Ended up spending $55, thank God that was all I really ended up spending, sadly I did not get away. Day completely ruined. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM GREEN BIOTICS, THEY WILL PUSH AND PUSH UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM MONEY!

Plus apparently Francesca is willing to do discounts off the book to get you to spend money (whether it's ACTUALLY off the book or just another manipulation tactic is beyond me), so take that as you will.

If you are EVER at Woodfield Mall, again, STEER CLEAR AND STAY AWAY. THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL DO WHAT THEY CAN TO GET IT.

Employees will harass you if you don’t engage or purchase.

The employees are extremely rude and will swear at you if you don’t engage with them. Clearly they’re commission based if they care THAT much about someone not being interested in what they’re selling. All of their reviews I’ve seen state how rude and demeaning they are if you don’t engage or don’t decide to purchase their products. Today a woman with straight black hair gold glasses swore extensively just because I didn’t engage when they offered whatever they offered. Avoid this storefront unless you want to be berated. Their manager even said “there’s no way to tell who said what” which is insane to me but clearly management doesn’t care given they’ve been in Woodfield since March or so of 2023 and are STILL treating Woodfield customers like this. Please stay away. Give your business to somewhere else in the mall.

You have to be very careful

You have to be very careful, they pressure me to buy from them. They told me that one product cost 900 dollars and they openly told me that I could buy it for 140 dollars. I told them how they lower the price from 900 to 140, and the box was not the same color as the product they showed me. They are con artists. You have to be very careful. I told them not to waste your time with me because I was not going to buy anything from them.
