I wouldn’t give this one star
I wouldn’t give this one star! Horrible experience at Charleston Place store. After being enticed into store (I had “sucker” written in my forehead) I was given some complimentary “eye cream” and talked into a $327 purchase. Enticed further with complimentary face cream + a 15 min infrared treatment at back of store. This is where it all went wrong. After treatment was asked to purchase $8000 worth of product. No kidding. My husband and I quickly made our exit to head back to NC, my $327 purchase in hand. I felt dirty, like I needed a shower with all the scamming I had experienced in the store. Nevertheless, went to use the product that night and it was an EMPTY CONTAINER. I could tell it was expertly put back in the box with a portion of the shrink wrap flapping open.
Next day it took 1/2 a day to get a person on the phone - the store has no published phone number! I finally had to ask Charleston Place Hotel security to walk down to the store for me to get a phone number. (Charleston Place has been very professional and helpful, but they need to get rid of this retailer!)
After almost three weeks of haggling, (that was so surprising - i would have thought they would bend over backwards to earn my trust, but no, all they wanted to do was send me “more product”). At this point, I was done. I just wanted a refund. We were very reluctantly refunded only $200 worth of “product” - product I never received. The owner, Sahar, was adamant that I pay her “for her time” since she gave me COMPLIMENTARY services????
Long story short, this company has been trained to lure you in, scam you with all sorts of deals, and they get away with it. Almost every review I read is more of the same. DO NOT WALK IN THIS STORE.

I love the natural products and I see a big difference. Such a nice experience in Sherway gardens mall
Luxor hotel in Las Vegas
Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. The guy is so rude and very pushy. I just loved that he likes to cuss out people in Italian. Avoid this place as much as possible! Luxor should get rid of this store and find something better. The product sucks and the seller is an a$$hole!
Beware, they can be very miss-leading
I was walking by Green Biotics in a San Diego mall and was offered a sample. I was talked into coming in and she would apply the eye serum on me so I could see a big difference in the reduction of wrinkles. She put it on and there was a nice difference but she wanted $400 for the eye cream. I told her I needed to walk around the mall and think about purchasing it, I can't pay for this right now. She then offered me a free skin consultation and free facial. I asked her if I was required to buy the product after doing the facial. She said no. I also told her for the 3rd time that I wanted to think more about buying the eye cream because it was a big investment for me. She said that's fine. So she scheduled the free skin consultation and the free facial. She then asked for my credit card. I'm like why? You told me I was not required to pay for anything yet. She then said you have to buy the eye cream and have to pay for it right now in order to get the free consult/facial. So I decided to mess with her right back. I gave her a gift card that only had a $50 balance, lol, so she asked me for another credit card, I told her I didn't have another one. I then left the store and will not go back. They are very miss-leading and I just don't trust them.
I was in Charleston
I was in Charleston, SC For the weekend and I was duped for sure! The product that was used under my eyes felt great but the product I purchased for way more than the product costs isn’t the same nor does it feel the same. I am so angry with myself for allowing myself to be pressured to purchase these products. Very expensive lessoned learned, I ask for a refund and was denied, got home and the face wash had leaked into the packaging. I called and the said they would mail a new one (we shall see). I am so mad!!!!!
$545.00 and it isn’t any good and I feel so duped. They should be ashamed.
Just got scammed at one in Barrie…
Just got scammed at one in Barrie Canada sweet talked me into trying a sample and being the idiot I am I reluctantly agreed tryed the salts and butter and was getting it as a Christmas gift for my mom by the time I got back to my car and went home my hands were back to being as tough as they were when I arrived and have begun to turn black like it's covered in dirt and now they won't refund me worst place ever but best con artists for a good show
Was already suspicious about this place…
Was already suspicious about this place when they were handing out samples. If this was a trusted tried and true brand the customers wouldn’t need samples to shop at your store because your products will speak for itself. I don’t remember what products were used on my mom but the first one was supposed to be an aloe Vera “all natural ingredients” that removed your dead skin and leaves your skin brighter and more hydrated. Once the product was rubbed in it started pilling, and I asked what was causing that and I didn’t get a direct answer except “aloe Vera is the main ingredient”. The pilling texture felt like rubber and I do believe there’s potential in this product. It looks like it exfoliates and removed dirt and grime well. But the moisturizer was definitely a no-go. The representative explained that this moisturizer had SPF and that this was all that we (my mom and I) would need in our skin routine. I asked to see the box it came in and read everywhere in search for any ingredients that may help with sun protection but there was none. I even asked him to tell me where on the box it specifies that this moisturizer has SPF. The representative read it and couldn’t find it either. There was no such thing as having SPF in their moisturizer in my point of view. Sun care is extremely important these days and any product having SPF combined with moisturizer would be godsend. It would be a SELLING POINT and would be written on the packaging SOMEWHERE. But it was not here anywhere. Would not recommend.

Does not honor agreements.. waiting for my free products??????? No one answers phone or emails
I wish I could give less than one star-…
I wish I could give less than one star- this place is an absolute joke and I 100% agree with the people who called them con artist. I honestly feel robbed!!!! The products felt good at first, but after I left the store and got home they were stinging my eyes! Of course they don’t stand behind their product bc they don’t offer any type of refunds. With my product I was given a gift card for what was promised as a state of the art facial worth $500 🙄. I booked my appointment at 1:30 and was told they couldn’t see me until 2:00. I asked where I would be given the facial bc I was hoping it wasn’t the middle of the store. I was told it wasn’t a facial but a consultant so they could show me more products to buy! I don’t even want the products I already have!!!! I was so upset with the entire experience that I left! I can’t even believe this place is allowed to be in business
I had amazing experience
I like the service and the products. I see a big change. :)

I’m actually start with the eye treatment two months ago, and I really love it without that I am really recommending to try the red light therapy. It’s wonderful treatments very easy to use. Before I am, did this step and think a lot and I have decided to do that besides go and do facelift and actually I get amazing results. I love it.
I was a potential senior citizen
I was a potential senior citizen. I let him do his speil. Did not buy anything. All I heard was lies and outrageously high prices. RUN AWAY from them. I let my guard down but fortunately didn’t fall for this scam.
Be wary of the good reviews
Be wary of the good reviews, they all seem to come from employees lol. I literally avoid walking by this store because the sales team is so aggressive. And the woman was rude as hell when I told her I wasn’t interested. She said “49$ is too expensive?” I said no it’s not and that I have a skin care routine that’s working so I don’t need it. She’s like “you don’t need to wash your face?” Lol 😂 I know it seems funny but it’s kind of not because they do this everytime you pass and it seems lots of other people are having this experience. Maybe should start reporting them to the malls they lease their space in
Buyer Beware of the Green Biotics sales con artists
Green Biotics is run by professional foreign con-artists. A lady who said she was from Israel stated that the D'OR24K Prestige non surgical lifting innovation price tag was $399. She said she would try an $8,000 tool to show how wrinkles would disappear. She told me she would use her discount to get me $70.00 price as long as I would not tell anyone for the D'OR24K Prestige tube that was almost empty that she would charge my card $184.02!!! I am filing a police report against this business for knowingly stealing and scamming a senior citizen. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB (which Green Biotics is no affiliated), my credit card company, VISA, the FTC and FCC and FDA for unregulated sales, False statements, Fraudulent representation of your products to a senior citizen, and Intentional infliction of emotional distress by for knowingly taking a part of my social security check for an amount that was $100.00 more than what was quoted.
Anna at Great Mall
(Great Mall, Milpitas, CA)
The woman Anna was pushy, insulting, and showed clear impatience/annoyance with her facial expressions. My mom got snatched in the store to try on an exfoliater on her arm after accepting a free sample to only get told “do you shower?” & “dirty” when “dead skin” appeared as a result from rubbing the cream.
My mom was hounded with offers and products she was not interested in and was told eventually “do you not care about your facial spots?” Seller tried to lower price to $69 but her customer service skills had us running away. Lastly, when my mom said she will return a different time, the final concluding comment was “I was trying to help you out” with a smug face. NEVER GO THERE, horrible salespersons, horrible customer service, ridiculous prices, and they love to make you feel bad to boost $$$.
Green Biotics…SCAM or unscrupulous
I bought eye serum from Green Biotics in San Jos( Valley Fair Mail ). Please do not go there !! RUN AWAY.
They are a big scam. Sell you a over priced product without any result. DONOT even go near the store, change your walking path. The sales team is very aggressive and and lie to get your money. The sales lady called Aadi sold me the product saying that I could return the product anytime if I don't like it or if does not work out. Even after six month... according to her the product was good for next three years. She also laughed and said "oh you can return anything in CA,
consumers are protected" After applying it a a couple of days I developed an allergy to the product. I went to return the product after 10 days and the store owner Danny refuse to honor my request. He was obstinate, rude and said I could only exchange the product. I asked for the refund as was promised to me by Aadi. It was frustrating to spend more than two hours in the store on a weekday afternoon not get my $439 back. Danny told me that it is out of his hand because it is decided by Green Biotics head office and its not his decision for a refund policy. I mentioned about his sales lady and also that Green Biotics say it can be refunded within 30 days and I was way under the time period. He tells me that if I buy the product online then the refund policy hold true. How ludicrous ! After that he told me he will contact the Green Biotics corporation and ask for refund. It was May 26th when I went to refund the product and still Green Biotics/ the owner of the store has not resolved the issue. EVERY WEEKDAY I HAVE BEEN CALLING DANNY but I get the same response that Green Biotics corporation is not responding to him so he can not refund. On the contrary he has been trying to sell me other products and Facials for $325. Its almost two weeks since I have been trying to return the product and I have spent countless hours over the phone ... its waste of time and money... It just leaves a very bad taste about all Green Biotics .. stores and product. Not only product sucks but also services and people. Never again any business with companies like Green Biotics.
If I had an option of giving a zero or negative star i would. They don't even deserve one star.
