I buy this products from Green Biotics…

I buy this products from Green Biotics in Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, TX. I must say they have excellent costumer service. I loved that the guy who sell me explained me everything step by step . I fall in love with the results since the first time. If I could give them more stars I would. I definitely recommend this products.

I too was scammed near the Luxor in Vegas

As others wrote, I too was scammed at the Luxor to the tune of appprox $13,000!! Nino is good at what he does, manipulating having the box opened by offering to register the products for you. Offering an item at a lower price by pretending it is a floor sample so he can scam the IRS too as he retains the box.
Contacting him about it all, he just gaslights. This con artist covered all his bases.
Green Biotics needs to address this; their good name/reputation is being seriously tarnished.

I was scamed buying facial Care…

I was scamed buying facial Care products from them. They refused to give me my money back even though it was the next day. They should be shut down. They charged me what they wanted. The receipt wasn't charged with the product they sold me.

At the Luxor celebrating retirement.

We were at the Luxor and received a "free sample" He brought us inside , applied an under eye cream ( I have horrible bags) The salesman told me he was only there for a few more hours then he would be back to his home in Hawaii. It did make a difference and my husband was impressed. The cost was ridiculous. He could tell that I was not going to pay full price that he was asking and said he would sell me this product without the box if I bought it now. He was the manager and he could make this exception. He would make me a deal. The under eye serum is nothing more than "Sudden Change" that sells at most stores for around $15.00. Funny thing was that then next day we walked by the store and , yes, he was there. Too embarrassed to go in and talk to him since he fleeced me so.

The product they sold me for my undereye bags will not come out of the bottle now that I am home. It is hard to tell if it is empty as I am unable to remove the top.

This place is a scam. They do a fast sell and target older women with presumed money.

I purchased a few skin care products…

I purchased a few skin care products from Green Biotics at the Dallas Galleria in Texas. 02/16/22. The products gave me an allergic reaction on my face, my skin started to selling, burning and itching immediately after applying the products. So I frantically washed the products off my skin. Despite that, the next day my face was still swollen and red.

Later that same week, I attempted to return all the products. When I arrived at the store, I explained to the lady that sold me the products about the allergic reaction and asked for a refund. She refused and told me that I cannot get a refund it’s exchange only. So I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that I cannot speak to the manager, and that she’s going to speak to the manager herself, and that she will let me know what the manager says.

She then forced me to exchange the products and said to me that she doesn’t see anything wrong with my face. She (sales woman) was very rude to me and I kept on telling her that I don’t want to keep the products I just want my money back because their products caused a severe allergic reaction on my face. She then shouted at me and said that I’m not going to get a refund, and that she’s going to exchange the products for me. I asked again to speak to her manager but she continued to refuse my request. So I left after realizing I’m not getting anywhere.
I called their customer service right after I left the store, and spoke to a representative and they confirmed that the store should issue me a refund if their products caused an allergic reaction.
So I went back to the store, and since I’m Asian who don’t speak good English, I had my friend on the phone explain to the girl that sold me the products what customer service confirmed with me. That is she must issue me a refund because of the allergic reaction I had from their products.
She continued to refuse me a refund and said that she doesn’t care what customer service says. So I broke down and cried, pleading with her to please give me my money back since I spent over $5200 for products that are causing an allergic reaction on my skin. She still continue to deny me a refund so at that point I left.

When I left that day, I decided to go online to check the ingredients in the products that she recommended for me, and to my surprise I saw that all 12 products I bought from her, are all less than $100 each. So not only she refused to refund me for the products that caused a severe allergic reaction in me, I am now stuck with products that she grossly overcharged me for which is $5230. So now I’m stuck with grossly overpriced products I cannot use. I’m heartbroken and stressed because they took advantage of me.

I am pleading with you to help me to get my money back. This is not fair what happened to me. And I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone

The location in the Luxor

The location in the Luxor, the guy standing outside the store starts with dabbing eye cream, moves onto bringing you in the store and pitching the fast sales talk. He tells me that they are in that location for one day only, in town for a cosmetic conference. Eye cream is normally 500, but for you, one day only $250.00
Note there are ZERO mirrors on the walls. The only mirror you look into is the handheld one that he controls. The eye cream at first does tighten, it does improve the appearance. But after some time, like an hour, you will see that your skin is actually more crepey and appears dry, after the product dries. Then he moves onto some thermal machine, and starts massaging your neck and face with it. The initial cost of this machine is $12k. And the whole time, he is showing you so called magazine publications of how amazing the company is, scrolling through so call texts and messages from clients, all raving about the products. The sales pitch is fast and bullyish in nature. The point is to get you to purchase as soon as possible, since both the eye cream and the thermal product will also lose it's improved appearance as your skin cools. Basically after an hour of your application, your skin looks the same as it did before the products. He will push you non stop to name a price you can afford, pretend to call his manager on the phone to get a better deal for you on the thermal $12k disappoint machine. And at the end, the eye cream that you've agreed to and purchased, is shoved in your hands, no bag, no thank you, and he orders you to leave his store. He told me to have fun with a face that was only half treated with the thermal device, as I would be lopsided in appearance for at least a month or so. So basically, I paid 250.00 for some so called cream that doesn't work and I guess the insulting and demeaning comments were for free? lol
The receipt will show you that there are ZERO refunds. I returned after less than an hour. He acted as if he didn't even remember me. Tells me there are no refunds period. I demand to speak to his manager. I proceed to explain to both him and his manager that I am at the Luxor all week and will make it my personal business to stand out in front of their "business" and ensure that they make ZERO sales off of any other victims that walk by. I am notified by the end of the day that I will receive a full refund. This location is a pure scam. Nothing more. The guy in the store was demeaning in nature, condescending and rude.
