So sad to see you go Green, you were great. Best wishes for the whole team. Lovely, renevable green energy and now I'm with Shell who are rubbish and bad for the environment. Won't hesitate to switch in a second.

Sorry to see you guys go

Sorry to see you guys go, the message from the CEO was powerful and shows, once again, the lack of competence in our government! No transparency is provided on their failures due the control of the media. Wish the staff all the best in finding new positions and hopefully a similar can soon rise again.

i have an over inflated estimated bill from you, i have submitted the latest meter reading, will you adjust my account. i have given a late reading by a couple of days as i have been away from home for three weeks.
The live chat "BOT' is rubbish and unhelpful.

Best Green energy company.

Best energy company I have been happy with, like, so many others; shame to see you go after a great two years. Excellent customer service, fair price trade agreement. I was just sitting and relaxing because I knew that my energy was coming from an environmentally friendly source and was doing a big deal for the planet Earth we live on; there is no Planet B. You have provided a great deal of help for this place we live on and have contributed to its sustainability. Thanks a million for being my supplier, and I will miss you loads. Goodbye.

So sad to be losing Green

So sad to be losing Green - they have been fantastic since my swap over to them a few months ago - heaven after the nightmare years of British Gas - do not want to be put with them - horrendous service! Just hope Look After My Bills can come up with another great company and that things go as smoothly as they did with Green. Think it is appalling that these smaller companies have gone to the wall - British Gas got too big and lost sight of their customers!

So sorry the Green have ceased trading. The Government should never have let this situation happen, they have had plenty of warnings from the energy supplier industry that we were heading for an energy crisis. Only changed to Green earlier this year but never have an issue with them.
