Derek has been a great help with us choosing the windows & doors for our house,his professional expertise is second to none.

From the first visit from Marc and then Aron, the surveyors visit, through to the fitters Cliff and Jordan our experience of Greencastle home improvements has been 100% positive. The fitters Cliff and Jordan were really experienced and made sure they cleared up afterwords checking that we were happy with the outcome at every stage. This all complements the high quality product which, now fitted looks brilliant. All of our requirements have been met including having white interior with rosewood outside on the nine windows and the patio door.

Derek came in to see us for a full fit of windows and doors, cant recommend enough. He went through everything from start to finish. Would 100% recommend.

Derek came to see us as a general enquiry, he spent time explaining the quality of the windows and doors. We were totally impressed and the price was excellent.
The surveyor came next day and were now looking forward to our installation.

All staff I have dealt with have been polite and I have been pleased with their work. I have had two front doors installed, a kitchen window, and now my conservatory redone. All reasonably priced and installed on time and to my satisfaction.

We ordered new windows and doors from Greencastle kept us informed when they would be delivered etc. Fitted expertly by Kane and Billy no mess left and would definitely recommend them. Also Tommy who measured the windows was very helpful

Derek came round at a time that suited my wife and I, he explained in full detail how the company worked and he displayed a good knowledge, he gave a good insight into what would work for the house whilst ensuring to keep the cost reasonable.
He was good at breaking things down and not pushing me or my wife into anything, he gave us time to think about the purchase and did not harass us with calls. When we called for a follow up he was polite and came out again at a time that suited us.
Derek is knowledgeable of the products he is selling and did not make us feel pressured into anything.

Derek was very helpful explaining everything in detail taking care not to miss anything out , and also mad as a brush .Fantasic person greencastle be proud of him .

I had Chris Gosling in to give quotes for windows in Aberdeen. He was a very nice, well mannered and knowledgeable guy. He never overstayed his visit.
He was clear and concise about the product and the cost and I was extremely comfortable with him. Great sales person.

From the outset, Derek was friendly but remained professional. He put us at our ease immediately, no frills and no faff - just honest, plain talking. He took us through the process step by step, making sure we understood exactly what was to happen at each stage, discussed various options for windows and doors and how we could finance this. Derek obviously knows his stuff inside out, has invested years in the job and you can see he has a genuine love of it. Coincidentally, a few days before Derek's visit, I had spoken to a friend of mine who had her windows replaced by this firm and she couldn't recommend them highly enough - and she is notoriously hard to please, so we know we are in good hands!

Derek is a fabulous salesman who explains everything simply and thoroughly. I’m looking forward to getting my new windows and noticing a difference in my heating.

Cliff and Howard did a great job installing a new composite door for us despite the awkward door opening that comes with a 100 year old house!

Everything was very neatly done and various stages explained when asked (Mainly due to my own interest in DIY) and all cleaned up upon departure.

The door looks to be very good quality, shuts accurately, smooth locking mechanism and doesn't sag when open.

Office staff were also very polite and helpful during the process, overall looks like money very well spent and I will look to them when I need something else replaced.
