Great company. Bouncy castle arrived early, put quickly and worked perfectly all day. Our grandchildren really enjoyed playing on the castle. It was thoroughly cleaned in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend Greenfrog for private hire.

Ordered the soft play hire. It was delivered when agreed and they contacted me on the morning of the delivery. Everything was delivered that was agreed and the quality of the soft play was good. There weren't enough mats supplied for the surface area the equipment took up but we had our own so not an issue.

The reason for the low rating was that it wasn't clean. After set up my kids played with it and very quickly had dirty hands and clothes. It took me over an hour to clean it myself and from doing this it was clear how dirty it was, the water I used was black by the end.
No other issues. They picked it up on time. When asked if everything was okay via text I mentioned it wasn't that clean but there was no apology or mention of it.

Great service,very reliable and flexible with delivery and setting up.
Used them for a 1 year birthday party.
They delivered before the partybstarted and gave us extra time at the end.
Lots of options for bouncy castles and Great value for money.
Very friendly team.

Used Greenfrog for the first time for my granddaughters birthday they were very prompt listened when I asked if they could set up before the party started, she loved it as it was peppa pig and never really stopped bouncing until the took it away.

Booked Super hero bouncy castle for my little boys 4 th Birthday party. Delivery on time and my little boy and his friends loved it.

I used this company last minute as was let down last minute by a company we had already booked with,
We hired soft play and ball pool,
Greenfrog was brilliant with timing, & the children really enjoyed it ..BUT… halfway through the party we had to stop all children using the ball pool as we found quite a few dead bees 🐝 inside it, along with chewed up sweets etc from previous parties. ( definitely not from our party as we didn’t have chewy sweets.
Upon greenfrog coming to collect we mentioned it to them who replied with “ you’ll have to ring the company” which we have continued to do so but get no response.
This equipment clearly isn’t cleaned down & the ball pool quite clearly isn’t cleaned out after each party.

Fabulous service, would highly recommend! Thank you for everything. Everyone loved the bouncy castle and the team are all lovely and could not do enough to help me thanks again!

We had a bit of confusion with payment (our side), but they kept the reservation. On delivery day we realised the error, and the bouncing castle was delivered later then expected. However they allowed us to keep the bouncing castle overnight for no extra charge, which was a nice gesture to say it was our mix up.

Will definitely rent from these again.

Absolutely brilliant day had hiring a bouncy castle - excellent customer service and communication throughout. Only down side was the kids’ tears when it was time to pack it all away 😀

Great people and great service. I use them again for a party and again they delivered! Again they left the bouncy castle for an extra day with us for no additional cost.

We had a bouncy castle last weekend, arrived on time, was cleaned and sanitised in front of me. The delivery team rang us when on enroute which was great as we made sure the gate was open. Castle was in great condition, already recommended to friends and family, we will definitely order another one soon, thanks so much
