Perfect!
I was trying to make my son's 4th birthday special at home as we were on lockdown and he couldn't have a party with his friends. I googled bouncy castles near me and Greenfrog popped up.
Booking was straight forward, everything was done online and paid for so no money was handled on the day.
On the day, they turned up at 10am, set everything up and was back at 6pm to pick it up. Everything was perfect, and my two boys loved the bouncy castle.
The only thing I would say is, it would be nice to know what time the bouncy castle would be dropped off, even if it is via text the night before or something.
I would definitely go with you guys again as everything was hassle free!

Fab Service!
We had a last minute cancellation from another company and contacted Greenfrog from google who delivered us a castle the same morning! The team who came we’re friendly and focused, will be booking again with them soon for my sons birthday!!!

Poor, turned up an 1.5 hours late for my daughter’s party
Booking was straightforward however the delivery of the bouncy castle came 1.5 hours late, 1 hour into a 2 hour party for my daughter who was turning 4. It was incredibly stressful and upsetting when I had worked so hard to plan a lovely party for my daughter for the main entertainment for the children not to be there. I was really very disappointed and only got a “yeah sorry we are late”. I will be expecting a refund for 50% for the time that we missed the bouncy castle. Poor, really poor for such a service.

I decided to give my child's birthday party contract to them. So they decided to decorate on the theme of Minions. They decorated the place in a very unique and beautiful way. I was very satisfied by their decorations and services. Highly recommendable.

UV disco party, 11 year old son
Excellent UV disco party for a joint 11 years old birthday. The kids were thoroughly entertained for the duration of the party and all very much enjoyed it. Great communication from Green Frog, would definitely hire them again.

Absolutely Fantastic!! Booked a disco for my 30th birthday party. Service was easy to use online for initial booking. I could make my payments online. No need for any fuss. The team on the day were so friendly and helpful. They played exactly what we asked for an were accomodating to our children's entertainment too. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
