NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a hedge cutter which was delivered by Evri and left at the entrance to my driveway on a busy main road .. they never even came up the driveway and needless to say it wasn’t there when I went out. Evri accepted their poor customer service and took responsibility for its disappearance!! They advised me to contact this company with my proof of non receipt and their email admitting liability, which I did. I received an email saying another one had been sent .. which has still not arrived .. when I emailed them to say enough was enough and to just arrange a refund I received another email saying I’d signed for one!! Unbelievable! I have ring doorbell footage and cameras which prove that no hedge cutter has ever been delivered here .. let alone signed for. This company is completely incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Zero credibility and zero customer service.

Horrific

As with others here, I have found this company to be terrible
My expensive hedge cutter, bought direct from Greengoo at £169.99 has failed after 7 months
This company will not honour any warranty and offer no help whatsoever. They churn out the same automated response as others have illustrated here
My credit card company will not help. They seem to limit themselves to 120 days within purchase
What can I do?
I may try The Small Claims Court
Avoid this company like the plague. They offer no help whatsoever

Bought a strimmer

Bought a strimmer, thinking they were in UK. Saw transaction was in Hong Kong. Googled reviews and read these. Contacted them 15 minutes after placing the order to cancel. Got an email today saying order has been shipped and they cannot cancel. How can an order be shipped 15 minutes after being placed. Please please please avoid, think its a very big scam and customer services non existent they just use AI.

Ordered a hedge trimmer short story the charger blew up within minutes Now trying to return the faulty machine 2 weeks later still refusing to send a return form all I get is “We send a new machine is that ok “
Replied to over 12 emails Do not want a replacement New antic after my credit card blocked the payment
You remove the block on the bank and when you send proof of this we will give you 30% and you can keep the machine (Faulty one) Now have reported them to trading standards
Keep well clear they have no phone contact number and no return address that I can find

Avoid this company

This is a rip off I paid £138.00 for a hedge strimmer. When it arrived it looked cheap and didn’t think it was worth the money so I checked on line and saw the exact strimmer with a extra battery on Amazon
for £48.95.dollars not buy from this company.

AVIOD THIS COMPANY
Bought a strimmer. No good. Now their customer relations in China are trying to bully me into not returning & refund me 3% of the purchase price. The Uk end is a Lithuanian in London, or is it Manchester.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is clear on this. It’s the company’s duty to cover return costs.

Stay away drop shipper with terrible ai customer service

This company has no way of reach customer service by phone and their emails do not address your requests. I have not received the trimmer advertised and the tracking numbers provided come up empty. I have requested to cancel the order and get a refund with no reply. I have filed a complaint with my credit card ccmpany. This company is a bad actor in the marketplace, I will update my review if I hear back from customer service with the requested cancellation.

Ordered a hedge trimmer. Don't do it!

Ordered a hedge trimmer, but was a mistake and cancelled in 10 minutes. Emails saying cancellation impossible as goods already sent (on a Saturday evening!) Anyhow, no goods arrived but £138 taken from my credit card.
I have reported this as a fraud and blocked the payment. This company consists of a single Lithuanian director with no declared staff. See company's house. I then got an email saying, if I didn't want the goods just refuse the delivery! Which comes from China direct. What kind of a setup is this? And pretending to be part of a beauty products company based in the USA.

I have bought the strummer from there…

I have bought the strummer from there web site on25th October 2024. Not used it till a couple of weeks ago only to find motor smoking looking like motor burning out. Sent email only to be told to take photos..I was reluctant to do so showing smoke coming out of a burning out motor..been in touch again only to be told the warranty is 12 months but because it’s more than 3 months old the warranty isn’t valid. Asked where I could send it too to get it checked but had no results.
I am actively going to trading standards and getting my bank through section 75 to help me resolve the problem. £128,00 for a unit that is not fit for purpose and no customer service is totally unacceptable..

Grass trimmer is great

Grass trimmer is great. My wife loves it. Only drawback is that I want to order some spares (blades), but they do not respond to my e-mails (2 sent so far). Post sales service is lacking.

Hi, I bought one greengoo trimmer for 128 pounds ,and received it yesterday and was soo disappointed, I didn't open it but the box is very light weight and definitely cheap plastic . We'll never order on this site again and there's no where on the website to refund.

Faulty trimmer

I ordered a hedge trimmer from Greengoo in August 2024. It was used twice before the battery failed. Greengoo replaced the battery but the trimmer has never been used since as it doesn't work. It's not fit for purpose. Greengoo sent me a video in Chinese which didn't help. I don't want to dismantle the trimmer.

I want a replacement or my money back.

Greengoo refuses to talk to me.

The customer service when something goes wrong is dreadful.

Please can someone call me.

Review of experience

I ordered a hedge trimmer in November 2024. The cost of the product was quickly taken from my account but I am still waiting for my delivery in February 2025. I will not be ordering from this company again and I am seeking a full refund from my bank before reporting to the ombudsman.
