This company is a scam! They don’t care about the crap they send you nor about you as a customer. Trying to return this is comical. They send you around in circles never getting approval or an address where to send it! WARNING AVOID THEM

I have ordered and paid for hedge trimmer for a Christmas present and I'm still waiting more than 24 hours to get an answer. I'm getting worried that I'm not going to receive the order reading some of the other reviews and now wondering what quality I will get. Does anyone have an contact telephone no to contact. Has anyone had a delivery issues, as apparently its with DPD but I can't find out or track my order?

They are not deserving of even one star should be minus avoid this company at all costs I was sent the trimmer and it did not work from day 1 no return label automated text message in broken English sent over 20 emails the reply all exactly the same wording ……….

Item arrived very poorly packaged and it was not what I’d wanted so tried to return. Apparently I have to return to an address which has not been disclosed and bear the full cost of shipping to China. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Avoid this company. I bought a hedge trimmer which had good reviews and is actually very effective although made of extremely cheap plastic so it is unlikely to last long. The customer service is, however a joke. I needed a new charger so they sent a link with an attached photo only there wasn't a photo so I had no idea what the item was. I sent emails repeatedly asking them to send an image of the said charger and they repeatedly replied with 'rest assured it is a British standard plug' and ' thank you for your letter. It's a pleasure to serve you.' All emails were sent in the middle of the night (UK time) This is clearly not a UK company. There is no contact number.

An on-line video about the GreenGoo hedge trimmer explains that the company is German and uses the same parts as more expensive brands. I ordered it and was worried when I saw that it was coming from Hong Kong. Also very sceptical about free delivery within 3-5 working days! I then saw some very bad reviews on TrustPilot, panicked and tried to cancel. I was told it had been dispatched. So I waited and eventually received the package. The hedge trimmer is decent quality given the cheap price. It gets the job done. Admittedly, on branches (as opposed to thick twigs) I have to use another tool, but it is sufficient for regular maintenance of your hedges, even the taller ones. The charge was quite quick and held quite well.

Beware of scammers, I bought a hedge trimmer for €195, canceled it after 10 minutes because I got a better one from Stiehl, and to this day, after 3 months, still no refund. I threatened to report it and get a lawyer, but still no refund, stay away from these scammers.

I recently got involved with this company when purchasing a hedge trimmer. I would STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT use them.
I looked up reviews for hedge trimmers and found one that highly recommended their product. So, I went ahead and made a purchase - at least I used my credit card to do so! The item arrived a couple of days later from a company called Fulfillment via Evri (although GreenGoo's website still referred to them as My Hermes). The item was cheaply made and of poor quality. I immediately did not have the confidence that it was up to the intended use. I made a decision not to use it and contacted GreenGoo via their email, as this was the only means of doing so. I requested returns information as I wasn't happy with it. They emailed back after a couple of days and asked for a photo and whether it was in original packaging. I obliged them but repeated my request for returns information. The email I received back literally said that returns were "a hassle". Also, that I had to return it to China at my own risk and expense, pay customs fees and a 15% returns fee. They said it would take up a lot of time and money so would I like to keep the item for a 3% refund?
GreenGoo purport to be a UK company - they clearly aren't. They ride rough shod over UK trading laws and you are unlikely to receive any item of quality or get your monthly back.
In hindsight the warnings were there, how this £138 product was outperforming high range Stihl and other top brands.
Don't take my word for it, look them up. I am currently working with my credit card provider to achieve a refund.

Avoid like the plague. Product is low quality, cheap plastic. Within a couple of months it became clear it is a fire hazard, and cannot be used for more than a couple of minutes without overheating and smoking. We sent a video of the faulty item, as requested, to their so-called 'Customer services' but they are a joke, making spurious offers of 'a new generator' and an insulting '3% refund'. We initiated chargeback through the bank and they are now harassing us, trying to convince us to cancel the chargeback. Absolute charlatans.

HORRIFIC! Do not deal with these people. Stupidly, I ordered a hedgetrimmer before I read some of the reviews on it and immediately cancelled. They said it had already been shipped. Liars! I didnt get a shipment confirmation until some time later! So I said that I would reject it when it was delivered. They agreed and said they would give me a full refund. They EVENTUALLY refunded me but less a £40 admin fee. Disgraceful. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Do not buy anything from GreenGoo.
My partner purchased a strimmer last Tuesday. Been contacting GreenGoo to get the address to return the item to get a full refund but have been constantly messed around by recieving stange AI emails.
To date, I have not been provided with an address and nothing has been mentuoned about the refund.
I didn't know I was dealing with a company from China otherwise I would have stayed well clear.
Now I am stuck with a strimmer I don't want.

Try to get a refund is impossible and they have no UK address to take legal action to get my money back.
They should be shut down and the credit card companies should not be allowing them to operate in the UK. Charge back refused

How I wished I'd read reviews, which I normally do. This site is borderline illegal they should state clearly regarding returns. We'd have never bought from China. We bought a hedge trimmer, we didn't even take the shield off as it was too heavy for me. I'm 78yrs and my husband 81yrs we're not weaklings but our hedge is long. They fobbed us off with wanting pics and several emails knowing that we couldn't return the item. Stay well clear of this site and in future I'll read returns more carefully.

My hedge trimmer was damaged in transit and returned to sender but they will not refund as they say they have not received it, well neither have I
You cannot contact the company it’s just an automated response every time.

Thank goodness we read these reviews, thank you Trustpilot and all those unfortunate people who gave honest negative reviews. We were just about to purchase a hedge trimmer from Greengoo and thought best to read reviews as we can only buy direct, and we are glad we did. We've had a lucky escape!

We will NOT be purchasing anything from Greegoo, and will keep our money in our pockets!

Bought hedge trimmer on 24/7, then read reviews….
Tried to cancel within a few hours of purchase. Was immediate told had already been shipped. Tow days later got a message that the warehouse was expecting to ship shortly. A direct lie…. Would not cancel order or send refund. Eventually arrived but frankly not worth even trying to use. Will try to ship back, but they make it nearly impossible. Basically a hing kong company taking advantage of internet sales. Don’t touch with a barge pole. Also all good reviews obviously written by a non natural English first language speaker.

Please do not purchase from this company we needed to return product as not what we ordered. They will not even adhere to there returns policy basically messed about but won’t send return address or details. They have no intention of refunding a penny.

I purchased this device on the 15 July 2024 and it arrived on the 17 July 2024. After a second lawn cutting operation, it stopped working. I contacted their service contact option explaining the problem. The reply was prompt and they requested a video which showed the battery on charge and then the battery attached and hopefully the battery status display. Battery on charge okay but the display non functional. Clearly the battery was defective. The response was that I had not pressed the on lever hence the non display! Clearly I would not have gone to all this trouble if it was working probably !

Awaiting replacement. Update, after weeks of sending messages back and forward to a machine, I finally received an email from them. Surprisingly they have sent me a replacement, as with the 1st one everything was loose in the box, and I'm surprised nothing is broken, I've tried it and it works, for how long is anyone's guess. Just a little tip and I hope it helps, keep messaging them , eventually you might get a replacement like me.

I need to explain that returns are a hassle.

Please note:

1. You need to return the product to China yourself and bear the return shipping cost;

2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant tariffs and a 15% return fee;

3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.

4. The return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us.

Our return address is not the address on the package, we only accept the return address we provide; if you return the package to any other address than the address we provide, we will not be able to receive the package, and at that time, all losses will be borne by the buyer .



If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning items from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.

In this case, how about we refund you 3% of the order and you don't return the package? You can leave items there as gifts for your friends or family.
