Don’t use this company! A Chinese company pretending to be in the UK, ordered a hedge trimmer on 7th July, still hasn’t arrived by 29th July, Greengoo is refusing a refund so I will be going through the legal route to get my money back. Waste of time and money, use a proper British company!

This product is Chinese "toy" Do NOT buy you will lose money. I will leave it in a waste container ASAP!!!!!!

PLEASE NO ONE ELSE BE CAUGHT OUT BY THIS COMPANY!

Inferior products. Not worth a penny and when challenged they will not refund.

I bought the electric strimmer, you can tell by the parts that this will struggle on anything more than light grass.

One look at the item you can tell it will brake on first use.

They then con you into opening it so they don’t have to refund it as the product has been opened.

I have tried to ask to return and refund, they have refused offering 3%. This company trades from China with no UK base.

Do not buy anything from here just steer very clear of this company!

I have now reported them to trading standards and will be seeking legal action under my consumer rights.

On further research this company is linked to many other such as Green Goo Help and I will continue to list others

I’m beginning the think I’ve been scammed, their delivery is still nowhere to be seen, their response is negligible…

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Still not received the order after 9 days, and customer service appears to be an automated/ AI response. Doesn't appear to be UK company despite the name and website - which wouldn't be a problem if they delivered the order or were contactable.

Resigned to losing a significant amount of money at present...

My husband purchased this strimmer based on the reviews. He also purchased a spare second battery. He is pleased with the performance of the strimmer however one of the batteries has died already and he only got one use out of it. I have on numerous occasions sent an email to GreenGoo using the email address provided, as of yet nobody has got back to me.
I am trying to find a contact number so I can ring them directly to get this sorted.
I would say AVOID THIS COMPANY, absolutely no Customer Service response whatsoever.

Like many others I have been stung by Green Goo. Stimmer burnt out after 3 short strims. Cannot contact company other than by email. Replies are spurious and do not address my wish to have a full refund within their 14 returns policy.

Should be no stars. Having contacted them to return faulty item, many times , which is also very poor quality (lawn strimmer) they just want me to send a video, all I want to do is return. Looking into my consumer rights and will report them. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

If you are thinking of buying from this company, then exercise extreme caution!!
Their email address suggests they are a UK based company. They most definitely are not!. They can not be contacted by telephone and they have no UK address .
Customer service is appalling and they will not respond to specific questions. Despite cancelling before dispatch I am still fighting to get my money back. My only hope of success now rests with a claim made through my credit card provider. It takes time and patience but eventually I will get my money back.

This is the worst company I have ever experienced. They mis-describe an electric mower as a grass trimmer. It is heavy, unwieldy and totally unsuited to lawn edge trimming.
This is their response to my request for a refund.

I need to explain that returns are a hassle.
Please note:
1. You need to return the product to China yourself and bear the return shipping cost;
2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant tariffs and a 15% return fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4. The return policy stipulates that the return address must be provided by us.
Our return address is not the address on the package, we only accept the return address we provide; if you return the package to any other address than the address we provide, we will not be able to receive the package, and at that time, all losses will be borne by the buyer .

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning items from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.
In this case, how about we refund you 3% of the order and you don't return the package? You can leave items there as gifts for your friends or family.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.
Further to GreenGoo refusing a refund, I claimed under my credit card charge back, and received a full refund from my credit card company.

Ordered 30 spare Nylon trim lines on the 4th June for £12.99, great price, but wish I hadn't. Took over 2 weeks for a delivery as they come from China, only 10 turned up, emailed Greengoo and it appeared as if they knew that the order was short. Finally got the outstanding 20 today after lots of emails saying either deliver or refund. I have now started making my own, strimmer string from B&Q ferralls from ebay.

Avoid this place, ordered 2nd battery that never arrived, trimmer lasted one use and then the moter burnt out on the second go, asked for a refund around 20 times and kept getting the same response (its a pleasure to serve you, are engineer said he will send you a replacement motor is that OK. logged the case with trading standards. any after sale is done with an AI customer service response. this is not a UK based site, product and after sales is all delt with via China. bad product and absolutely useless after sales.

Avoid this company, I have sent twenty two emails for a return address and each time the response is give it to family or friends, I’m getting very frustrated.

This is one of the best grass trimmers I have ever used. It has an excellent mowing effect, and every mowing can make the lawn look brand new. And it is very energy-saving. I can easily complete the mowing of the entire lawn. Overall, it is a grass trimmer with excellent performance, easy operation, and energy-saving and environmental protection.

After I bought this Grass Trimmer, the maintenance of my lawn became easy and pleasant. It has a very good mowing effect and is very durable. I think it is a very worthwhile investment.

I recently purchased an item online. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order as my wife had already purchased a similar item. I was told by greengoo email to refuse item from courier. I was not aware that this action would cost me 40pounds. The item was less than 5lbs in weight and less than a metre in length. I could have excepted it and rts myself costing a fraction of the 40pounds I was charged by greengoo ltd. This is misleading and borderline illegal. I'm still in dispute with GreenGo and will continue to inform the public about this very dubious method used by this company. I urge you not to deal with this company.

In order to buy this grass trimmer, I have compared the power and power of many brands and returned several brands. Based on the online data, I chose GreenGoo. After receiving the product and trying it for a week, I feel very satisfied. The mower has sufficient power, high mowing efficiency, and timely delivery.

After refusing this ridiculous offer, as the item was sent to me from some unknown UK Distribution location, they then offered 5% !!

Read the 'Positive' reviews on this site carefully. They look like they were written by 'somebody' who's first language isn't English. (Maybe Chinese?) Very suspicious !!

Note: This is the returns policy from their website [No mention of having to send to China !!

This company absolutely sucks and I was persuaded by trust pilot website that it is a good strimmer and I cannot get an address to return this rubbish product so please don’t scammed like me !!!!

The product is ordered in from China so I deduce it's probably a company with low overheads operating out of an office in the UK. That will be why the after sales care, returns information (address) and telephone number is intentionally withheld. They cannot help at a grass roots level. They are totally useless, take your money and run.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it it.

The strimmer I purchased from them is lightweight and does arrive (eventually) with all the trimmings. Don't order a spare battery. They sent the wrong one and trying to sort the issue has been a nightmare.

I have been unable to send anything back to the supplier because it is blocked every time I ask. I am sure this contravenes my consumer rights.So I have to keep the strimmer???

I will use it until it breaks which is probably going to be soon. It is a toy but it does work well.

Avoid the company at all costs.
