Total crappie customer service
Total crappie customer service. Never had a response from them. I will be asking my bank for a reverse charge so should get money back. Buyer beware doubtful that you will get the product as I have never had a response from them
Appalling delivery and after sales service
I am still to be convinced this is a genuine company.
We have still not received our grass trimmer.
We have had a notice from EVRI delivery that they have received over 1 week ago, however it appears not to have moved since. We contact EVRI every day, but no response to their automated system.
We wrote to GreenGoo also setting out detail of concerns, however got the same automated response.
On checking returns and cancellations it appears you can’t cancel once it is apparently distributed. There is no guarantee of delivery timescales. The. They charge 15% to return.
This all seems suspicious, I wouldn’t use this company again.
This grass trimmer is very quiet and…
This grass trimmer is very quiet and with 1 rechargeable battery. It can effortlessly cuts through my lawn. Plus, it has a nifty cut-off feature in case it gets caught in long weeds. Very good cost-price.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I have no idea when my product will arrive, or whether they will process a return. Delivery was taking so long I asked (over email) to have it redirected because I would no longer be at the address and they refused. Any returns are subject to a 10-15% fee so you don't get all your money back.
At this point I would be relieved to a) receive the product b) get a refund on a return, I'd take the 10% hit as at these point I feel scammed.
They seem to be a fake brand piggy backing on the name of another similarly named company who are completely different (Green Goo, rather than GreenGoo).
Aftersales is dreadful - once they have your money they have little interest in resolving any issues, or even telling you when you can expect delivery.
There is no phone number to call. You're on your own.
I'm pretty sure the positive reviews on here are fake - they are all written in April 2024.
Clear that grass & weeds
Wow, defiantly value for money, so many options & usage takes a while to get my head round it. Good quality & have used it every day.
