What a life saver! Collected my broken laptop the same day. It wasn't fixable, but Ross organised a new laptop for me. He was able to recover everything, and set it all up so it was just like my old one. Completely took all the stress out of the situation - thank you!

Parked their van in the middle of the road and then started shouting at me when I said I couldn’t get passed.

Once again I approached Greenlight Computers for their advice.
As Microsoft no longer support Windows 10 from October onwards I decided to upgrade to Windows 11.
Unfortunately, my pc would not allow this so I decided to approach John and his team for their recommendation.
Within a few days I had a quote for the installation of a replacement pc and a Windows 11 upgrade.
Finney Lau installed everything on Friday, 21st March with back up remote support from Jose in the office.

Collected my gaming PC within an hour of my phone enquiry. Replaced faulty motherboard and installed CPU upgrade, returned within 24 hours. Brilliant. Very fair fixed price repairs, so no nasty surprises. Recommended without hesitation and will definitely use again.

My old PC was running Windows 7 and Greenlight sold me a refurbished PC, transferred all of my photos and documents and set it up with my email and printer at my home. Cost a fraction of a new PC and with a 12 month warranty. Really happy with the service. The engineer was very polite and answered all my silly questions (sorry there were a lot). Keep up the good work!

Outstanding service. My son had managed to break his PC. it was stuck in a loop and would not go to the desktop. He had changed the discs (I have no idea what I am talking about in computer talk). I called at round 4pm on a Friday and they managed to have it back up and running in less than 2 hours. Very reasonably priced. My son is also autistic and very into computers and the lovely man took the time to answer my sons question even though they had closed for the day. Thank you for the amazing service.

My PC crashed and Greenlight diagnosed and repaired it within 24hours. Sent me regular text updates and kept to the quote. I have now given them my daughters laptop to service too. Very happy.

Repaired my computer on a Sunday as I had a zoom meeting early on Monday. Fantastic service, very professional and friendly. Collected and delivered at my doorstep and wore a mask. A+

Greenlight were unable to retrieve files from my macbook after supposedly spending 4 hours working on it. I later plugged my SSD into a caddy and immediately (within seconds) saw and began copying the files.

So impressed with the service. Ross called to chat through repairs first. Collected PC from home. Regular updates throughout the day. PC fixed that evening. Very reasonable rates. Amazing professional service throughout. I would highly recommend.
