Responded to my request very quickly and worked through the issue diligently until everything was sorted. Ross was very very helpful and professional offering suggestions of improvements and in some cases making those changes as well. Very impressed and would recommend their service to anyone.

Brilliant service as my son's PC had the blue screen of death, unable to boot up but Ross soon found the problem(s) & gave me the choice of repairing or replacing! As 7 years old I went for a new one which Ross built from scratch & boy what a difference!! My son is very pleased with his replacement & I'm most delighted to receive such quick, efficient, knowledgeable service... hence the 5 stars!! Well done & thank you Ross & Emily!!

lookin for a new laptop, spent ages on different sites, then rang greenlight as I have used them before always happy with services, ross got in touch and once I told him what I needed found me a new laptop, better than ones I was looking at, professional service collected old laptop and delivered new one, very happy lady. thank you.

Excellent customer service, kept in contact and updated as repairs progressed. The delivery service is prompt and on time and a real bonus during lockdown. Quick turnaround time. Prices are fair and I was not pushed into paying for unnecessary equipment and parts. Much appreciated Ross and team.

great experience
Our son’s gaming pc got a virus. I emailed on the Sunday, it got picked up on the Monday and was dropped off working perfectly by Tuesday. We had regular updates and photo evidence- which kept our son happy. It was cheaper than we feared and far less stressful. We couldn’t recommend high enough.

Ross collected my MacBook Pro and replaced the hard drive, reloaded the latest macOS, transferred all the data over, upgraded the RAM, repaired the trackpad and had my laptop running like new! Great service at a fair price.
