Green Motion International 

I have travelled around multiple countries and booked from several car rental companies. But Greenmotion is absolutely disgraceful in terms of customer service and refund policies.
First of all, I waited for 1 hour in Sabiha Gökcen Airport in Istanbul until they wanted me to sign multiple fully textual documents written in font size 8. Before getting the car they wanted me to check damages on the car in heavy rain which I obviously not able and not committed too.
After driving for only 3 hours within the city, we returned the car with only a few dust stains. Suddenly, a man came out of nowhere holding a huge flashlight in his hand , inspecting the car for 15 minutes although they know our flight was waiting. This was absolutely shameful and in my eyes this is nothing else than FRAUDULENT what they do trying to find spots to earn money from "supposedly damages".
At the end, I didn't acccept any damage taken on the car and didn't sign the last document they wanted me to do because I was not willing to pay anything. Im 100% sure I did not do any damage on the car (they accused me of doing damage on the front left side which seemed like two tiny scratches which I dont agree on).Even if I did I had covered FULL INSURANCE with ZERO DEDUCTIBILITY (I still own the documents from it).
Now they are trying to harden the process of getting my money back from the deposit they blocked on my credit card. If you don't want to worry about an issue like that, please STAY AWAY from Greenmotion at all. As an experienced traveller myself, there are lots of car rental companies which totally easens you those processes EVEN IF you would do such a damage.
I would not recommend this car rental company or any broker who would try to parner with them at all. Do your research (I didnt unfortunately well enough), read some of the reviews (especially pay attention to the negative ones) and you will understand THIS is definitely absolutely FRAUD.
