Great moving experience. From the initial estimate visit, through both moves and use of storage, and all the admin side of things. All done very professionally by friendly, helpful people. Strongly recommended.

We moved from a house after living there for 23 years which means lots of stuff to pack and move. After getting quotes from various local removal companies we found Green Removals very professional and competitive.
Amanda in the office was very friendly and co-operative as we changed our removal date 3-4 times. Communication was excellent from sending us quote to removal completion.
On the day of removal we were greeted by happy, friendly, polite and very hard working team. On the day one they packed everything and on the second day they moved all big furniture and boxes. On the move day even though their big van broke they managed it very well with 2 smaller vans.
After moving, they assembled all the furniture and placed each item at the place we wanted. Our super king size TV bed was challenging to move but they managed it very well.
By now I have almost finished unpacking boxes and there is no breakage or lost item.
We also took loft and garage clear out service which they completed efficiently.
I will definately recommend Greens Removals to anyone looking for a removal service.

Thank you to the team for making moving day a little less stressful. Ashley and Arron arrived on time and got on with packing the van efficiently and carefully. All was complete in super quick time. Then it was just a waiting game for the keys to be handed over.

At the new property Ashley and a new face, Rhys were there to again efficiently unpack and place in rooms all the boxes and furniture from the van. All done in a very timely manner.

Everyone I've dealt with from quote, office staff and guys on the ground, have been friendly, efficient and I would highly recommend Green's Removals to friends and family... as I'm not planning on moving again!!

The initial survey was efficient and answered all of our questions. The quote was competitive. Follow up calls from the team prior to the move date were helpful and friendly.

On moving day the guys (Carl and Rhys) worked really hard on a hot day. They were prompt and efficient and took good care of our belongings. The whole move went without a hitch.

Efficient, friendly service



We asked for quotes from several removal firms and were impressed by the visit of Paul to assess our need and provide a quote. The date of our removal had to be changed several times and Greens accommodated this without problem. We asked for 30 boxes to do most of our own packing.



The team of 3 arrived on time to pack our more delicate items on 2nd May. They were friendly, explaining what they would do including putting into the van the items we had already packed. They wrapped and packed the delicate items swiftly but safely. We had no damage to any item. They also packed some items of furniture on this first day. The following day they again arrived on time and completed the packing of the van within 2.5 hours.



On arrival at our new home the team quickly assessed potential problems and found ways round them. For heavier furniture they gave us the opportunity to have second thoughts about placement. The process of unpacking the van was speeded up by another team arriving to help during the time they had spare between collecting and delivering their own load.



We hope that we will not be moving home again, but if we were to do so than we would have no hesitation in using Greens of Chester.

Greens Removals provided a great service from start to finish. Pricing and communication was clear. On the day of the move Greens Removals ensured that we were out of our old house in three hours and by 2pm our move to our new house was complete with beds made up. The lads were cheerful, calm and courteous and worked really hard throughout the day.

I would highly recommend Greens Removals. They have good communication, a calm and friendly manner, efficiency and clarity throughout the process and most importantly, creating a stress free environment leading up to and including moving day.

excellent removal under very stressful conditions! the sale on my 87 year old mums house only completed on 30 january but we managed to move her from a 3 bedroomed house on the 31st!! thankyou to the very helpful guys who helped us to achieve this near impossibility 😊. greens was recommended to us by our estate agent and we would happily recommend them on to others that need a removal in a hurry. thank you very much

Communication with the team was great; the staff were helpful and the on-site staff arrived on time. The move went well. Only negative comment is that the dining room table top got slightly dented. Wonder if it is possible to use dining table covers? Would recommend your company. Thank you.
