We can’t write a review about how they remove things as they let us down at the last minute. I can review the dreadful communication and appalling service.we had hoped to stay local and use a local business but perhaps the old adage that you only get what you pay for is very accurate. DO NOT USE! We are now without removals. Very disappointed

One star is generous.
Used Greens removals prior to 2021 however this company has changed hands and it’s not the same company.
They damaged our daughter’s bed by putting dirty hands all over the fabric frame and broke our expensive £2k table four months earlier when they moved us into storage, which only came apparent when we moved out of storage. The problem is they deny breaking the table even showing us a video of them lifting the table breaking it! But apparently the Greens Insurance cover you pay for does not cover you if Greens deny liability- so you aren’t dealing with fair honest people in this company! I would steer clear!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Greens Removals to anyone. They gave a very competitive price and provided a great service from beginning to end. The employees were so professional and made the day far less stressful. We had a very difficult staircase to go up and they tried everything to make sure we could get our furniture upstairs even taking the bed through the bathroom window !!
They dismantled everything that needed doing and built it back in situ. They even gave us a welcome to your new home card. A very happy customer 😊

We were more than satisfied with the service we received from Greens. The guys were careful, efficient and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very patient when they had to wait around for a couple of hours while we waited for the keys to be released to us. They made moving day less stressful than we were expecting.

Greens Removals were brilliant and took all of the stress of moving out on the day.
From quotation, scheduling, payment to removals day Greens were excellent.
The guys on the move worked hard and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally and in super-speedy time. Our clothes were even taken out of the wardrobes into boxes and put in new wardrobes at the other end. Excellent!

The removers were great. Super efficient and maintained a good level of communication during the day. Have never used removers before, so wasnt sure what to expect - one thing that might have been useful was to understand what furniture needed dismantling during the quote (I had wrongly assumed it was just the bed frame). Nevertheless, the guys were great and very thorough with moving everything.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green's for removal to anyone!

We recently used Greens Removals for our house move, and I can’t praise them highly enough. From start to finish, the team was absolutely brilliant - hardworking, professional, and incredibly considerate.
As this was the first time we had used removal services - we had a lot of questions which we answered by the office staff with fantastic explanations.

They handled all of our belongings with such care, making sure everything was safely packed and moved without a scratch. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What really stood out was how lovely and friendly the whole team was - such a genuine group of people who clearly take pride in their work. They made what could have been a very stressful day feel much more manageable and even enjoyable!

Greens handled our large move from. Cheshire to East Sussex brilliantly. The team listened to all our specific requests, packaged everything carefully and were attentive to every detail. They worked incredibly hard over a number of days - not stopping until the job was done. Would highly recommend.

I used Greens Removals in December ‘24 and again in May ‘25. The removals were professional and the men were courteous and very helpful!

The only negative is that the company require payment in advance. It’s understandable for the first transaction when the customer is unknown but for a repeat removal it left me feeling untrustworthy. Greens Removals didn’t trust me to pay for their service but I had to trust them to deliver after I had paid in advance for a repeat removal!

The above situation would probably lead me to shop around next time. I am proud of my credit rating and being treated like a potential bad debt left me with negative thoughts for what was otherwise a good service!

We used Greens for our home move recently. Very professional and everyone was very helpful. Really grateful for them to be able to fit us in & also flexible when we did not manage to get confirmation for completion date until a few days before moving day.

Leading up to the move, their communication was clear, professional, and courteous. Moving house is always stressful, so it was reassuring to have a team that was organized and easy to deal with.

On moving day, the team arrived ahead of schedule. After a brief conversation to confirm the details, they got to work efficiently. Everything was packed quickly and carefully — they clearly knew what they were doing. Even our larger items, like the BBQ (which I believe is large), were loaded without issue.

At the new property, there was a short delay in getting the keys, but the team remained patient and flexible. Once inside, they unloaded everything with care and made sure things were placed where we needed them.

Overall, Greens Removals delivered a smooth and stress-free experience. I’d be happy to recommend them to others.

Greens were amazing. Due to changes in moving date, the options for removal companies was slim. Never heard of Greens before, but now I highly recommend. The office staff were very helpful and the movers were fantastic. They wrapped everything carefully, even wrapping my kids lego models individually. They turned up when they said they would and only left when everything was done.

Greens personnel arrived the day before my move to pack and prepare they were polite hard working and diligent in their work. Next day they returned for the move all went well they moved all the boxes and then the furniture. They assembled all items in new property

Avoid this company. Poor communication and cancelling of booked appointments without discussing it with the client at the time.
