Avoid this company. Poor communication and cancelling of booked appointments without discussing it with the client at the time.

Great price, great lads, super support on the phone.

Great communication throughout the process, with the office sorting out the booking and payments etc, and updates, and then on the move day the driver keeps in touch during the move from one property to the next, if you’re delayed getting your key to your new home. The removals team are very friendly, helpful, and professional. A supersized van is available, with bags of capacity, and the correct van for your needs is assessed at the outset by Paul, to tailor the size of van and team to match the amount being moved. Good care is taken over your belongings including clothes rails if needed. Good flexibility and availability for bookings. The removal process is done swiftly and carefully, on the day. Greens were really supportive throughout my move. They supplied me with the correct amount of boxes and packing material. On the day, the two movers were brilliant. They were professional and efficient and moved furniture around my new house as requested. I would recommend Greens to anyone wanting a less stressful move day.

Moving house is often a particularly stressful experience. I am delighted that Greens Removals significantly reduced the potential stress of moving two houses into one. From the beginning, their quote came quickly and was very reasonable. The admin team was consistently efficient and supportive, enabling us the flexibility to provisionally book dates whilst the house sales were still in process and ensuring that we still had a booking when it came down to the wire with the exchange of contracts. Then, over the three days when the removal guys were moving our belongings out of two houses and into the new one (house 1 - into storage then to the new house, house 2 - direct from house to new home), they were quick, caring with our belongings, and consistently good humoured and supportive. The whole company made this part of buying and selling a house considerably easier. I am very grateful to them.

We loved them! They came when they said they would, kept good communication and worked their socks off. They were worth every penny. There are all sorts of people who could shift things around for you when moving, but these guys are so experienced and really knew the best ways to do things.

Everything organised and arranged within just a few days, including an initial home visit to produce a quotation. On removal day, the friendly removal team arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly to load and unload everything. A reliable, courteous and professional company to work with. Greens moved an antique clock from Chester to Devon. Very professional, clock was very well packed, delivered and reassembled. Team arrived as promised first thing in the morning and were familiar with moving such items. It was delivered to Devon and reassembled by 3pm that day. Clock has been in the family for 250 years so has huge value to us. Excellent service, safely delivered highly recommend this firm

Our experience with "Greens" from quotation to completion surpassed our expectations. All our dealings with the administrative office were very pleasant our thanks to Amanda. The removal crew were punctual and fully loaded by 11 am. The delivery to our new home went without a hitch... Our thanks in particular to Leroy and Matthew who were extremely polite throughout. A day which must have been extremely arduous for them. Care was taken on both sides of the move without damages.A big thank you to you all.

We got a great service from Greens. Amanda who we spoke to in the office is lovely. Paul who came to visit for the quote was very polite and great.

Our moving day was a great success. We paid for the packing service which was amazing. Honesty don’t know how we would have coped without it.

On both the packing day and the moving day we had Ashley, him and the guys were great. My new neighbours commented about how the movers were nice as they knocked to check they were okay to park over their drive. Whilst another mover was waiting for their keys, we got some extra helping hands with moving in.

We definitely won’t be moving any time soon but if we did then we would use Greens again. Thank you!
