The door had a terrible quality.
I can not reply to the comment so I will reply here:
The service and delivery was good. The product was really bad, the montage was super hard and the door looks like very bad plastic. We didnt return it because we had to use glue to do the montage and we thought that it was not possible.
I know that the price was 240 euros but I will totally recommend expend a little bit more. We spent 7 hours to build the door and looks really bad.

Instant and helpful response
Through Griffin Retail I ordered a VidaXL product for my garden. This product was defective and griffinshops.nl saw to it that I received a new one within two or three days. This was also defective but with the two parcels and a trip to the ironmonger's something usable could be cobbled together.
I contacted griffinshops.nl a couple of times and every time I got an instant and helpful response, these people really think along with you. They also, wisely, decided to delete the product from their catalogue.

Impossible to get the order delivered
More than one week after ordering the product I still don't have it. It had been presented when I was out and since now it's impossible to get it re-delivered.
Delivery company do not answer on the phone and answer emails when they have time.
And they do not deliver everyday of the week. I need my product at least today, Thursday, but delivery company said Wednesday morning that they would deliver on Friday.
It's not directly Griffin problem but they should find a better delivery company.

Tafel Zeil.
Gekocht Nederland; Bought a zeil for the table and it is very wobbly. I've tried å lot to straighten it out so it lays flat, but nothing helps. Die is niet echt soepel.
I dont get any sun in house due to an build-on veranda. I tried with a dough roller and heat.

It's normal that its not straight right away, it has been wrapped up in a package after all. This should change over time, but the sun helps flatten the PVC aswell (heat). Just make sure you dont keep the product in the sun for to long.
