I bought 4 Nankang SV-3 Winter 185/50…

I bought 4 Nankang SV-3 Winter 185/50 R16 81H tyres.
Ordered on a Wednesday & delivered on Friday.
Best price I could find online.
Now for the negative. In my case it didn’t matter but I had no notification of a delivery date or even of dispatch. Looks like they were delivered straight from Nankang.
Would I use Grip500 again, Yes 👍

Not great, quite slow at communication

Update: after of back and forward with grip500, I contact dx directly. They quickly got back to me and sent me all the info required to sort the issue out.
Grip500 communication is slow, be prepared to sort the issue out yourself.

Not impressed, at all.

Order sent to the wrong address that is over an hour away, taken 4 days for a reply but only received a reply due to threatening to take the issue to Visa to get my money back. Tyres ordered 2/11 and still nothing as of today 15/11, thought I had plenty of time for upcoming MOT, this is looking unlikely.

Communication is poor, WhatsApp service is pointless and ticket service is the same. No phone numbers (that I can find) to speak to someone directly.

I can only imagine the issue is being kicked down the road. I would avoid and spend a little extra at somewhere like blackcircles.

Delivery time is not correct

That was the first website I checked, everything was und
I’ve ordered a wheel at Friday evening to address at south-east of London, and get it only at Wednesday next week. At website was information of 24 hours delivery.

No customer services and delivery not as advised!

Tyre ordered was not delivered on tracking advice. Delivered 5 days later and not delivered as we were not in. Replied to couriers email to advise we would collect it 3 days later as we were away. When we went to collect it it had been returned. I have also been deducted £25 from my refund. Messaged Grip500 on their website ,which is the only way to contact them and to date they have not bothered to reply!

Do not trust their delivery times

ordered 4 tyres announced as "delivery 1-2 days". one week later I am still waiting for a tracking number, let alone the tyres themselves
after 10 days i got 3 tyres... shocking service really.

Yet another bad experience

Unfortunately another recent bad experience with grip500.
Ordered tyres 27th March and into the 4th week and still no sign. Contacted support and they told me the carrier lost them. Now I can’t get a response from them and have to ask my bank to revert the payment.
Verdict - the price may be attractive but the gamble is not worth the risk!

Edit: @grip500 thanks for responding but I’m sorry I still have no tyres and out of pocket €412 while I drive around on a flat tyre. I’m not convinced this is ‘exceptional circumstances’ as from the other negative reviews it seems to be a regular occurrence that you have issues with the carriers and need to raise a claim with them. Good customer service is taking care of the customer while you wait for the claim to be processed. Worst experience I’ve had buying online, I won’t be buying from you again

Please don’t use this company.

No contact after 6 days. Avoiding all my emails. Having to claim the money back from my bank. Needed tyres urgently and this company took my money and ran.
