Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

We purchased a food to order via click and collect this Saturday (09th May 2026). All items were handed over on collection and were sealed in cardboard boxes. It was only when we got home and opened the boxes that we realised two of the items were missing. We requested a refund online however this was rejected with no reason given. The items that were missing were the 1x Large Savoury Grazing Box FTO and 1x The Best Charcuterie Platter. The order number was 1627857641142. I'd appreciate it if a full refund of these items can be arranged as soon possible as I do not see why we should have to pay something we never received!

The delivery is fine but the people picking out the items need to start reading the orders better, ordered a multi-pack of noodles for £5 and ended up recieving 1 packet but still got charged £5 for it, didnt help matters that they got the photos mixed up on the app just proves even more that they dont read the descriptions of the products they are selling.

So unbelievably poor. A company that used to stand out for service and delivery is just a shadow. Awfu staff.
The fact they have no customer service email or phone number says how much they care about customers.

Had a wonderful experience at Morrisons in wednesbury today, thanks to Wendy in the café. She was incredibly friendly, went out of her way to help us, and really made our visit special. Her warm and attentive service stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her

This store has become an absolute joke. It used to be known for cheaper products, now it can be more expensive then anywhere else. Their so called customer service is practically non existent. Long story short, I put in a complaint by email and over the phone about a delivery that was soaked in beer from another person's order and damaged when it arrived. Delivery driver said he didn't get provided with any cloth or tissues to clean anything up. The trays were swimming! I spent 30 minutes cleaning everything. He rang me 3 times.in all. To say he was outside early, then to use the toilet, then to say he left his jacket and lanyard in the toilet. Supposedly he couldn't get into work the next day without it. Everyone knows if you forget your card, you just press a button and soneone will let you in! I waited 45 minutes for him to come back. 12 30am! I waited a week and still no reply to my email. Outrageous service. Rang, spoke to a manager, Nancy who said she would put the complaint through again and gave me £37 refund! Apparently I was supposed to refuse the entire order! If I had done that, obviously I wouldn't have had any shopping for the next week. 10.30 at night. Where else am I meant to go? It's common decency to reply to an email, especially over a complaint as serious as this. If this how little Morrisons care for their customers than to hell with the lot of you. I'm never using this store ever again and I bet I'll still not get a reply from them. There needs to be an Ombudsman for supermarkets in order to stop them from getting away with serious crap like this. Unbelievable behaviour. Shame on you people

Don't bother with a delivery if you need certain things for a special occasion. They won't have them, then you'll end up having to do another shop elsewhere at the last minute.
Also they substitute things with items that are smaller but cost more than twice the price.
They have really let me down today.

2 members of staff were very helpful to me today in the store. One was Jane and the other was her colleague working on the till.
Jane showed me where to find some olives I couldn’t find in the store.
Her colleague was friendly while I packed my shopping and reminded me to use my More card. She also wished me a happy weekend which was nice.

I'm gutted that I've been driven away from Morrisons again because I'm being racially profiled by security in Wetherby branch, first by an African security guard a couple of weeks ago which I complained to the manager about and then by an Indian security guard today. I complained to the manager and the manager said its his job to follow customers around the store. The manager was also discriminatory towards me for my stature being a 6 foot woman. If we haven't done anything wrong then why punish us by being hostile towards us. I'm particularly gutted because I was really enjoying the quality of Morrisons products which has vastly improved since a couple of years ago when I left Morrisons as a customer because prices jumped up vastly. So due to security and management being hostile and making me feel unwelcomed, I have to drive for 30 minutes to use supermarkets outside of Wetherby. I don't know how Morrisons can afford to drive customers away.

Extremely disappointing customer service started a conversation about a voucher code which didn't work then just completely ignored me

I made a complaint about the be bop loud music in your store cafe in Berwick-upon-Tweed. I complainted that customers come in the cafe to relax, eat, chat and the loud music was disruptive I was told it would be sorted out and thanked ne with 5000 card points. Neither happened. Still musuc and never got the points on my card . There is NO customer service in Morrisons!!!

Following reporting that Morissons had kept the ludicrous sum they overcharged me "just in case" expensive substitutions were required, I was contacted by Morrisons and asked to complete a form, without which, they would not accept my review as "genuine".
I filled in the form, and no reply from them, and no return of my money either. I suggest, treat Morrisons as they treat unhappy customers - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I'll be honest then , I live 100 yard's away from this shop l use it constantly and complain often same as I'll praise it when it's relevant, they are a bunch of penny pinching up their own backsides managers, last week no tomato's, poor fruits and veg quality, food in yellow sticker fridge very poor quality and not so much a yellow sticker price really,
Hiding in packaging wafer thin ham for off the bone cuts, only offering 50p off a £7 /£8 item which should be thrown out plus their checkout machine that keeps printing out offers that no one ever uses my advice try knocking ££ off products rather than printing paper out offers if you spend £1000 complete rubbish I've nearly finished wallpapering my toilet out with them and so this is the reason why l travelled to Bilston Morrisons to a proper run Morrisons supermarket in my opinion ie cheaper goods better choice better quality and down to earth staff , maybe because it's in Bilston and not in (Kingswinford) posh end of the area ? I've said it before I'll say it again don't shop here go to Bilston if you can it's cheaper and better management in my opinion ,l know because I was in retail for 35 years,, happy shopping!!!.

We found a few staff unhelpful, abrupt and arrogant. The name that springs to mind is Jayne. Morrisons, Abbeydale Gloucester.

Ordered a big shop, they substituted 2 x £6.60 bottle of Prosecco with 2 x £9.60 bottle. Most supermarkets let you refuse a substitute but not Morrisons. I applied for a refund but was rejected. No reasons no reasons to shop at Morrisons!

Nearly broke the door down, instead of leaving the goods outside, as arranged, then left with the groceries. I was then sent a voucher for less than I spent, and which can’t be used, online or otherwise. The link doesn’t work. How do you get a refund from these idiots?
