I recently underwent a hair transplant at Gro Hair Clinics, and now, after waiting a few weeks to formulate my opinion, I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I want to share my journey and express my deep appreciation for the incredible team at Gro.

Andy went above and beyond the role of a sales consultant, showing genuine concern for my well-being and ensuring that I received the best possible results. Also If you are a similar point that I was 3 months ago weighing up if you should stay in Aus or go overseas here are my candid thoughts. I am glad I choose Gro Hair Clinics instead of venturing abroad to countries like Turkey, solely driven by cost considerations. Initially, I was tempted by the allure of cheaper options, but now I realize that staying within Aus and experiencing the genuine support of the Gro team made all the difference.

3 Months on and I couldn't fault the after care. The entire team have been so supportive from immediately after the procedure. I'm starting to see the results and am 100% I made the right choice with Gro.

The service and guidance that the entire team provided from the very first engagement with Gro all the way through until post procedure has been above and beyond. The team took the time to answer every question and alleviate my concerns through ever step.

I had a FUE transplant at GRO Perth in December 2022 and could not be happier with my experience. Naturally on the day of my procedure I was extremely nervous the nurses and doctors were all really friendly and put me at ease right away. During the procedure I felt no pain; I even had a little nap! I am currently over 3 months in and have already had fantastic results. Since my procedure I have been taking the GRO supplements, finasteride and going for PRP sessions. I have been lucky enough not to shed post op and I am really excited to see what the end product will be in the coming months. The team at GRO go far and beyond with their service. I continue to feel completely supported through this process and know I can call if I have any questions or concerns.

Great experience from initial contact, procedure and after care. Lucy, Krystle and the customer service team were brilliant, great follow up and a really engaging, friendly service. Alexis and the team doing the procedure were also very professional but made it comfortable and an easy experience. Tim and Sarah were also very helpful and friendly.

They say “if something seems too good to be true then it usually is”. However, not so with Gro. It really is a game changer for men with thinning hair and baldness. I’m 60. One year ago my hair was looking bleak and thinning rapidly. During the Gro treatment I had 7,500 hairs moved from the back of my head to my scalp. What a transformation! My head is now thick with hair and I look like a different person. I am not only a believer as a result but an avid encourager. This really works and will have you looking great once again.

Was a great and easy experience from first consult, all the way until the final 12month pre op check up.
Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in all parts of the company.
Very happy with the final results and looking completely different from 12 months ago would highly recommend if any was considering. Life changing.
All I wish is that I didn’t beat around the bush for so long and got this done earlier.

I took a long time to decide whether or not this procedure was for me. Probably the best part of 2 years. I wish I had done it sooner. From the initial appointment with Tim to the procedure performed by TJ Tan, I couldn't be any more satisfied with the outcome and with the staff in Melbourne. I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable during the 2 day (over 10,000 hairs procedure) albeit with a bit of pain during , however it was all well worth it.
10 and a half months post op and I just can't believe the results. I still have more growth to come on my crown which takes upto 18 months, but even at this point looking back on pre op pictures I can't believe that it's the same person.
If you are umming are arring over the procedure and have the money believe me just do it, you will not regret it!

Im about 4 months post op and the results are fantastic. my hair is growing really quickly and my confidence has skyrocketed, kickstarting a lot of other changes in my life. The staff at Gro Clinic were all super friendly, professional and supportive through the operation and post op follow ups. Albeit an uncomfortable procedure the results far outweigh the day it took to have the transplant. Special thanks to Marc who took the time to familiarise me with the process and reassure me throughout. His post op checkins here and there felt like I was really supported outside of the scheduled appointments and answered any questions I had. Overall a journey that has been life changing

Couldn’t be happier. Day 10 and my newly homed sprouts are thriving. The whole experience has been surprisingly so easy and pain-free. I was lucky enough to know someone personally that had amazing results themself through Gro which made it so easy to chat about and get all the information I needed to take the nerves out of the experience. The craziest part is from the moment I booked in I instantly gained more self confidence even in the sense of just simply talking to friends and work colleagues about the procedure. I’m excited for all the steps of the process and to see what looks like in 12 months. Bring on the hatless Christmas photos.

I know only one friend who had gotten a hair transplant, so I didn't have much insight into getting a hair transplant. Was just going to rock the bald, big beard look 😂 but thought nah life's too short to be bald.
I researched into the different types of transplants and clinics, I than found Gro clinic, they looked well respected and used FUE, professional respected doctors and nurses. Price was high end but I wanted the best for this type of procedure.
I booked a consultation and it was pretty straight forward and simple, lots of information and could ring up or email for any questions that I'd forgotten.
The big day in the chair wasn't too bad, had 2 days 10k hair removed, from the back of my head done 5k hair first day than 5k next day, Took about 4-5 hrs each day. Doctor and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
I'm at 2 months post procedure and I can start to see new hair coming out and getting thicker. It's awesome!
The downside to it all, the long wait for hair to look normal and the ingrown hairs on the back of my head.

The whole team and experience at Gro has been great. From the initial consultation all the way through to post procedure. Russell is always contactable and willing to assist with any questions I’ve had throughout my hair transplant journey and shown genuine care throughout the entire process.

I was so nervous going into this. I worried about the procedure (which was quite long and not the most pleasant thing in the world) and the outcome and the expense. But now, 12 months later, I have an amazing outcome that has transformed me and it was 100% worth it and I would make the same decision again in a heartbeat. I only wish I had done it earlier.
