I bought the Silver Package for giving a try to their resume writing services, but I was provided with additional services like a cover letter and LinkedIn profile creation. Also, they gave me interview training, where I was trained on how to sit and talk to the interviewer. Thankfully, all this helped me get into a high-profile job. The job package I bought proved to be worthy. Definitely recommended.

Just want to start with staying a huge thanks to Marc at the Gold Coast clinic for getting me in , Marc went above and beyond to fit me in and was very quick and easy to deal with, putting no stress on myself , couldn’t thank him enough and I highly recommend having a chat with Marc if you’re ever looking at a getting a hair transplant. As for the Melbourne clinic where I was booked in for my appointment , from the second I walked in I felt welcomed by Chantelle , Chantelle and the rest of the girls Gabby & Ella were so helpful with anything I needed and made the day so much more comfortable. Let me begin by sincerely thanking Marc, Marius, Dr Ruk and his incredible team. The day of my surgery was so easy, so comfortable and everyone in the room was just amazing.

I'd been wanting to do this for years and never found a clinic (or technique) I was fully comfortable with. After seeing Marc's results first hand, and meeting Dr Ruk face to face I knew GRO was the one. They listened and addressed all my concerns (of which I had many). After my final meeting with them I finally felt excited about the decision and couldn't wait for my day to arrive.

As I said, the surgery was super smooth. The post surgery pack and follow up by the team is so professional and thorough that you know exactly where you'll be on recovery day 1, 2, 3 - 7 - 30 and so on.

I'm now 6 weeks post surgery and I feel like my new hairline is the one I've had all my life. It's amazing how quickly you adapt to the new you.

A final word for those that are in that uncomfortable space of indecision that I was in - if you want a hair transplant, GRO are the best in the country hands down (trust me I walked out of a competitor clinic of the day of my surgery - but that's another story), so you've made the right choice.

So let go - take the leap of faith, because all that anxiety and worry is lifted the minute you walk out of the surgery and look in the mirror.

Marc the representative made everything easy to access and get in touch with everything I needed, the nurses and Dr Tj were amazing people, communication and overall caring for a patient was everything you’d expect from a clinic with a good reputation.

These people are running a scam. They'll happily take your money but the customer service disappears immediately after. Don't order products from them. The website wouldn't allow me to change postal address, called and emailed to no response. They delivered to the wrong address once then the next time never delivered at all. Called, emailed, even went into a clinic to have all complains fall on deaf ears, where someone was going to get back to me about the issues. You're better off buying similar products else where.

I knew my hair had receded somewhat which never bothered me too much, however once it began to also thin and look a bit “patchy” I became really self conscious. I followed a lot of the patients from gro on social media and loved the results. After my consultation I decided it was time to take the leap and book in. On the day the team were fantastic, Dr Adam and I agreed on a final hairline in the morning and then began a long day. The team guide you through it all and had breaks when needed. The following months basically went as they had described and then all of a sudden I was shocked at my new hair. 9 months in and I’m thrilled with the results, I’ve never doubted the decision once and love my new hairline. It feels very natural and people are surprised when I tell them I’ve had the procedure. It truly does change your life, I am so happy I made the decision to get it done!

The team at Gro Clinics are incredible. Right from the initial consultation to the post op care. Marc answered all my questions openly and honestly. He set the expectations correctly and the actual procedure was a breeze with almost no pain. (There was no reason for the nerves).

I have just had my 9 month follow up and felt that it’s about time for me to leave a review. I was struggling to accept losing my hair, and spent a while looking into options but was hesitating. My hair loss started getting to a point where I felt like I needed to act soon, as most of my hair line and crown was gone. I'm not usually one for writing reviews but I felt I had to write one for my experience at Gro because the service was incredible and everyone should know. From my initial consult with Rehan I felt I was in good hands as he was easy to communicate with and very helpful with my process to getting my hair done. On the day of the procedure from the moment I stepped in the door till the moment I left I felt so well looked after and cared for. Dr Josh who executed the procedure was extremely friendly, very thorough and professional and I could tell he cared alot about his job and made sure I was comfortable and happy during the surgery. The two lovely nurses Teresa and Namaari who looked after me for the day were so friendly, proficient and made me feel extremely comfortable and made the day fly by. They are a great team and I can tell they are passionate about what they do. The whole experience was so pleasant thanks to these guys and I thank them all for looking after me so well!
