He was incredibly genuine with his advice which i found really refreshing.
I got all the knowledge I needed to maintain the health of my hair long term.

After many many months of research and blog trawling on procedures and types of transplant I made an appointment at Gro with Rehan.

The consult was great, we discussed everything from the reasoning behind and the solutions available. Rehan knew everything and answered any questions I had but without even trying to sell me the procedure, we ran through pricing and the service, what to expect on the day and the results.

I didn’t commit there and then, wanted to think about it all, Rehan didn’t persue or put pressure on me, which is huge to me so I followed up with a few questions and commuted to the procedure not long after.

About 5 weeks later I was in the clinic ready to go and that place is a professional well oiled machine. The nurse who got me set up and talked me through a few things was incredible, Dr Josh came in and we chatted and discussed our plan, he set himself a ridiculously high target for follicle transplants but there wasn’t a single thing that made me think he wasn’t capable of reaching such a high number. He was an absolute professional and we still had a laugh whilst chatting.

After taking my tablets I went in and met the nurses, we had a chat and got me set up, put some music on and I lay face down whilst the removal procedure started. Dr Josh asked me to let him know if I felt any pain at all or uncomfortable and he could work around that. Everything was so comfortable and easy I fell asleep. Not due to the medication, but because everything was so relaxing and pain free. It was unbelievable.

Lunch and a quick rest was great, Alysha makes the best bagel going, if she wasn’t so good in her current role there’s a successful bagel business out there waiting for her!

Back in and the transplant procedure starts, completely relaxing, the nurses swap in and out to manage fatigue and work seamlessly together. I was lucky enough to have a great team with a special shout-out to Jas and Emma, what an absolutely amazing and professional team they were, wicked sense of humour and just non stop.

For the several hours I lay there it was nothing but a pain free and relaxing experience. All down to the Dr and Nurses that took care of me and worked tirelessly to ensure that I would get an amazing result. Everything was about me, it was like a day spa.

Dr Josh exceeded his ridiculously high target, I was blown away. It wouldn’t have been possible without his work ethic and his team
of amazing nurses.

Rehan promised me a service I didn’t think was possible for the money and boy was I wrong, what seemed expensive to start with was actually a bargain after that experience, not to mention how my head looks 2 weeks later, and more importantly how my hair looks.

If you’re thinking about having this done, get it done. Get it done here. You will not regret it, you will only wonder why you didn’t get it done sooner.

I’ve had a great experience with Russel from the very first consultation until my last check-up. Russel is friendly, understanding and able to tell you all the ins and outs as well as the pros and cons in a clear manner.

Before I went for the surgery, I hesitated slightly as I’m not the kind of guy that would for any type amendments to my body. But damn, I wish I’ve done it sooner!

The surgery executed by Dr. Adam Cho was smooth and quite relaxing, the rooms in which the surgeries are done have TV’s as well for you to enjoy during the surgery.

My results are beyond expectation and have a nice full head of hair again, I really recommend anyone who is doubting to simply schedule a initial consultation with Russel. It is not a big of a step as you may think now.

From my first initial contact with Russell at Gro clinics I knew this was the company for my hair transplant. I regret not doing this sooner. I regret not going to Gro sooner. Been taking finasteride and other hair treatments for so long with promises made that all my hair would grow back. However after visiting Gro, they don’t beat around the bush, they tell you straight up with 100% honesty what you need to do to get a full head of hair. They help you out if financially with payment plans. The nurses, consultants are all very friendly and are always available! It’s easy to forget that men losing hair are quite vulnerable, Gro understands that and hold your hand all the way through. They try to understand why you want to regrow hair and help you achieve that outcome - this is what I loved. It’s not some cash grab that takes advantage of vulnerable men looking for a quick fix, they actually explain everything and give you the support you need. Never been happier. Thank you!

After watching my hair get thinner and thinner I finally decided to book in to meet with Tim and the team at Gro. After a detailed chat, I decided to go for it. Right through the process the Gro team were first class. They kept me updated with each stage and what to expect. Post surgery I followed their advice and there were no surprises. After 5 months I was amazed at the growth and the natural look of my hair. It has now been 12 months and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The nurses were very experienced and friendly. I had my Gro Hair Transplant with Dr Ruk at the GoldCoast clinic just a day back, and could not be happier with how it all went.

My initial consultation with Marc (a great person and a big asset to the GRO family) a couple months back was very insightful and he made sure that all my questions were answered. Marc was able to set out the expectations the right way and it was only because of the chat we had and insights he shared, I decided to go ahead with the surgery.

Since then everything from the planning part to till the surgery day was exceptionally well executed. I couldn't have asked for more.
