Unexpected subscription cost
As the other reviews state, the subscription is lacking transparency. The blades are practically new and another charge was taken unexpectedly for replacement blades. As I have said to groom here, 1 to 2% one star reviews due to an issue his user error, 23% one star reviews is a UI issue. I have no trust in them and I won’t buy again.

The 7 blade cutter on the 3.0 model is a whole easier to clean and makes the job tons better than struggling to open the blades on the 2.0.

Loved the shaver & the effectiveness of it, but not the way they put you on an automatic subscription, "unless you untick" the option..
Must be in very small writing. Plus, I didn't need a new head that quick!

I have no issues with the product (Groom Pod 3.0 with the 7 blade magnetic head) which I’m really happy with TBH.
The issue is their website is awful. I have received notification of a new blade being despatched in 3 days. I’m happy to subscribe to replacement blades, but the plan defaults to sending one every 6 weeks, which is far too often for my level of use.
There are links in the email to pause or restructure the subscription plan. Both of those links take you to a landing page which requires an access code to be input - this should be emailed to you when you press the relevant button, but I cannot get a code to come through. (I have been trying since last night, and have tried both the “pause order” and “amend your sub” route several times with no codes being emailed to me).
I have now emailed them directly asking for a better way of accessing / managing the subscription plan. Fingers crossed I get a response.

Terrible customer service
Great product. Abysmal customer service. I've tried a few times to pause my subscription, then the last shaver head didn't fit. Numerous messages backwards and forwards each time with a reply of can you explain what is wrong.
So I have just cancelled as I just don't have the time to keep going around in circles!

Product is rubbish is firstly but looked and sounded amazing, then to find they automatically subscribe you to repeat orders and try make out someone has used my card fraudulent and to contact my bank.
They also said I have voluntarily signed up for a subscription but it’s obviously very well hidden and in no accounts detailed on your confirmation order.

These are absolute charlatans who wants supplying a single purchase product without the permission then sign you up for subscriptions for replacement parts that you simply don’t need yet. And they take money from your bank and you will get Little or no communication from them.. absolute Cowboys avoid.

What a waste of money
What a waste of money! Bought for my partner for Christmas so out of the 30 day money back warranty as I bought it the end of November. It doesn’t hold its charge, so contacted customer service, I was asked to send pics and videos (no longer that 15 seconds), done that, they came back with another email asking for pics & videos! DO NOT buy complete waste of money and CS a waste of space!

I had the platinum pitbull head shaver which cost over 200 pound , but I’m used the new Groomhere magnetic head , head shaver now which I think is a lot better and a lot cheaper got a subscription service for new heads at a very reasonable price can’t fault this product
