The attachments don't work

The attachments don't work.ive contacted customer service this after the first day of getting the trim pod 3.0 still waiting for reply after 3 days. Don't buy from this company and didn't realise was French company.

Do NOT use this company

Do NOT use this company. I placed an order at the beginning of November for some replacement blades. It is now December 12th and I STILL haven't received anything. They are refusing to give a full refund and I have had to buy a whole new shaving kit from one of their competitors. An absolute joke of a service and their customer service is one of the slowest I have ever encountered in my entire life. They are con artists. I repeat, do NOT use this company for anything. They deserve to go into liquidation. I am raising a formal complaint and will be seeking compensation. They have essentially taken my money and run. I wouldn't mind if they were amazing but their shavers are crap anyway. Pathetic service, useless customer service.

Dont waste your money

Dont waste your money. Cheap and not a close shave. Mine broke after 3 weeks wont charge and customer service failing to acknowledge my videos and reply back. Not a cheap item for it to break and no response. Very unhappy.

Appalling customer service, best avoided

I've been notified that my order had been delivered when it has not. No delivery was even attempted at my address, I was at home and waiting for my delivery. Upon contacting Groomhere they asked me to check again and ask my neighbours if they had received my delivery, which I did. Groomhere then told me to contact the courier (Yodel) who are pretty much impossible to contact due to their convoluted Web chat that doesn't work and is purposefully obtuse.
I'm still waiting for a response from Groomhere to my demand of a refund.
I ordered a trim pod, paid for it, their courier failed to deliver it to my address, goods not received by the customer, cancel my order and refund me, where you sent the order is not my problem, all I know is the customer service is appalling and I'm an extremely unhappy customer.
Do not waste your time and energy with this company as I have. Worst I've experienced in a long time.

Close shave but from a very cheap feeing product. …

The shave is close I can’t argue with that but the build quality of the unit is very poor. Only used it half a dozen times and all the chrome has come of and some of the centre caps on the blades have fell off. Very cheap plastic feeling unit. Went to work looking like a snow globe with flecks of chrome all over my head. Suppose it’s nearly Xmas 🤷‍♂️

Love my trimpod,It was so easy to order…

Love my trimpod,It was so easy to order also to add a subscription blade in wich you can delay at any time, so easy and quick to use, also there is soneone to answer any questions you may want to ask, as I did.
I would definitely recomend.

Good luck cleaning this

Cuts hair decent but not as quick and smooth as advertised, you need to run it over your hair quite a bit but to be fair its a close cut when it does. My problem is the poor design particularly for cleaning and particularly the middle piece, if you dont take it off to clean, it will stop working and when you do take it off to clean it good luck putting it back. Very very badly designed, its cheap for a reason (2.0). One of the worst designed shavers i've had

EDIT TO MY Initial REVIEW - Customer services have been absolutely brilliant. Replied very fast and kept me updated. I dealt with the same person each time.
My son loves the shaver, I have since purchased an extra blade it came quickly and when it said it would. Give them a try. It's as good as an expensive one I purchased for my hubby.

Dreadful company, ordered a shaver as a Christmas present to my son off my Dad. I received the tracking number. I left it a few days to check, it showed it had been as Hayes distribution centre then it was handed to Yodel on the 13th November. The tracking never changed so I emailed to query. I was then told it was still with the international shipper!!! You can imagine my surprise to see it wasn't even in the country even though the tracker was saying it was with Yodel. Groom shows as UK based company. I was then told the shavers come from China once there stock is sold out!! I could probably have purchased from China cheaper myself. Luckily I had purchased through Klarna on pay in 28 days so paused my payment and put in a complaint with Klarna. Within an hr of this I received an email to say there had been a delay with the shipping, this was 26th November. The next day the parcel was at my Dad's local depot and delivered the next day!! Call my cynical but once I had stopped payment and make the complaint through Klarna it suddenly turned up. I would not recommend Groom regardless of how good the shaver may turn out to be. Complete liars and untrustworthy

Formal Complaint Regarding Faulty Product & Poor Customer Service – Refund Request (£110)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a product I purchased for £110, which has turned out to be of very poor quality and not as described. Despite contacting the seller’s customer care team multiple times, I have only received repeated copy-paste replies and no real resolution.

Issue Summary

Issue: The product is of extremely poor quality, does not perform as advertised, and is not fit for purpose.
Attempted resolution: I have emailed customer care several times, but the responses were generic and did not address my concern.

Under UK consumer law, a product must be:

Fit for purpose
Of satisfactory quality
This product fails on all three counts. I am therefore entitled to a full refund.

Trading Standards, and

Absolutely love this product

Absolutely love this product. Had mine a year now and I’ve just recently bought the newer blade which is magnetic and is so easy to use and close to my head. Best on the market by far.

The best of them all.

Having tried numerous head shavers, I find the Trim Pod to be the best by far. Easy charging, long battery life and easy to clean. It comes with various attachments which are easily interchangeable. Really impressed with the Trim POD, highly recommend it.

If you don't purchase this item your missing out !!!!!! 1000% recommend!!! Subscription on for every 8 weeks for the new blades !!!!

I wish I heard about this years ago the amount of money I could have saved from razors 😑
