i order 2 days before, Till i didn't get any order confirmation nor any mails regarding my order the orders worst customer services. Now am thinking groovyocottage.com is money looting website, i think this is illegal website dont order any thing in this website. i already lost 39 eur

From the very start of my experience with Groovy Homes, using the website to find my 'Boudoir Modern Lounger White Chair', purchasing then delivery was easy and the follow up communication with the company was second to none. As the chair was coming from their warehouse in Belgium, I was kept constantly informed of times and expected delivery during Covid and delivery issues. The chair arrived as promised, in time for Christmas, adding the final touch to my new Bathroom. I would highly recommend Groovy Homes.

I ordered a Noguchi coffee table on Saturday morning and received a confirmation note from Kunj within minutes. When the product arrived it was very carefully packaged to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. So pleased with the finish and quality of the table. It looks fantastic! The customer service was excellent and have already recommended Groovy Home to several colleagues and friends.

Bought a coffee table From GroovyHome and their service was excellent. Item arrived on time and as expected. When I had a question about the order, their response was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Ordered my Noguchi style coffee table and am delighted with product and service from Kunj. Was phoned within 10 minutes of ordering to inform me of delivery time and it was delivered earlier than expected. It was very well packed so no damage thankfully. The table is beautiful, so happy. Cannot tell the difference between original. Groovy homes was the cheapest on website and also had the quickest delivery. I don’t normally give reviews however credit to this company and Kunj.

Great product, in stock and prompt delivery. Customer service was excellent - very helpful in answering queries and in keeping oversight on delivery. A small, business that I would highly recommend and happily use again.

Superb communication. Before ordering the product I spoke with the company as they have highlighted there are some supply issues at the moment due to various factors. I was allowed to place a 10% deposit and given regular updates on the progress of my delivery. If I had any questions, they were always answered within a day. I'd happily use Groovy Home again, purely on the level of customer service.

The garden set I was after wasn't in stock so I called to see when it might be available. Kunj proceeded to record my details and called me when it was back in stock (which it wasn't for very long!). Great to deal with via email and the phone, with a prompt and courteous delivery service. First Class

I came across this website when I was looking for a chair for my bedroom, after looking for a while I found my dream chair.

Unfortunately, due to Brexit etc the shipping was taking longer than expected, however the owner went out of his way to call me and let me know what was happening. On the phone call I explained how I was made redundant and he very kindly refunded me 10% and offered career advice which was really appreciated. Due to financial circumstances I was unable to purchase the chair and Kunj was so lovely and understanding. I received my refund shortly after along with a reassuring phone call.

The owner was so, so helpful and made the experience a very comfortable one. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be re-visiting this company in the future, that’s for sure.

Suberb experience from start to finish - I really can't recommend Groovy Home enough. First class customer service from Kunj - I bought a Retro Eames 219 leather chair for the office and I have to say it exceeded my expectations for quality (beautiful Italian leather throughout which is amazing for the price); and was delivered in perfect condition within just a few days. Highly recommended!
