Very Helpful Friendly Service
I am so pleased with my recent purchase I would thoroughly recommend this company. I do not usually write reviews but Kunj from Groovy Homes was so helpful and informative.
I ordered a garden table and chairs online and within an hour of my purchase I had a phone call to inform me that unfortunately the item was currently out of stock awaiting delivery. I was given the option to cancel my order and told it would be about 6/8 weeks before the item would be delivered.
They were so helpful I decided to keep my order and was told by Kunj that he would chase the company and get a more specific date. Throughout the process I was kept informed and my item was delivered exactly exactly when specified.
I was very happy with purchase and would definitely use Groovy Homes again.

This company is amazing!!! The customer service is outstanding, if not the best I have received ever.. not kidding at all. Where do I start, I ordered a chair for my sister as a surprise, i live in California and she lives in London. I was contacted right away and assisted through out the whole process by Kunj. The chair delivered in a timely manner and my sister is extremely happy with it. The quality is great. I would buy again.

Brilliant Service and Products
I didn’t think it would be possible to receive such an excellent service from an internet based retailer. I do not normally write reviews but felt that Groovy Home fully deserves a 5 Star Rating.
I have purchased several items from Groovy Home In the last couple of years, and the service from Kunj on each occasion has been second to none.
The last item I purchased - which arrived today as expected is a Bombay bar stool. Easily assembled and looks great in the kitchen.
Brilliant personalised service. I would definitely use this company again.
