SCAM. They are completely unethical - will take your money but won't provide a service and if you try to return the shoes they won't give you your money back. They claim legal loopholes/bankruptcy etc but their website is up and running and taking orders. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM! Terrible experience.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! I was charged 350€ por a package that was never delivered. Groundies is ignoring my emails.

Groundies should NOT be selling to the international market. Their return options for non-EU customers are so expensive that it makes the normal online shoe shopping experience (purchase, try on, return what doesn't fit) impossible. Return shipping would have cost even more than the shoes I was returning (to the tune of $1500 USD). They are not clear about this in listings or return instructions.

I returned a pair of shoes and never got the money back.

I ordered a pair of shoes that cracked in both soles, asked for a refund, and instead got a new pair. After a couple months, cracks appeared in the same place. When I issued a complaint, it was said that the company had filed for bankruptcy and couldn't do anything about my situation.
Additionally, it took them weeks to reply to my questions and complaints.

The company is in insolvency proceedings. Although they used to offer top-notch customer service, today (if they even deliver the goods you paid for) they refuse all claims and in the case of returns under EU rules, they won't even refund your money! Avoid these scammers!

Ordered a pair of shoes on a discount, waiting a 2nd month, and still no delivery(I'm in Eastern Europe).

Thanks groundies, I spent 20% of my total monthly salary on a product of yours, and you shoved me a big one.

In the past I was super satisfied with groundies, I have 8 pairs of shoes and i still love them, they are good quality. But since the financial trouble with groundies began, I am very disappointed. I did not receive back my money after returning the shoes.
I received an 40% gutschein as a compensation after many months. I ordered another pair of boots, the zip came broken. Now since two weeks no response! I don´t dare to send them back, because then it´s money lost and shoes lost. I better keep them and pay myself for fixing. On the telephone they are never reachable since half a year. Please don´t order they are not reliable anymore. Once they where, but not anymore...

Am still waiting for my refund which is long overdue, almost two months now. What’s going on Groundies? No response to my emails either, that’s bad customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Their size guide is completely incorrect, so I ordered shoes too small on their advice.
Then they refused to pay for the return postage even though it was their fault! So I'm out of pocket and no shoes!

I have been scammed by this company. They received a pair of sneakers I sent back for wrong size (they suggest for you to buy a size bigger than your usual size - don’t do that!) and kept the shoes refusing to send the correct size or reimburse the money allegedly for being insolvent. Being insolvent would not prevent them from sending the correct size to replace the ones they received. Keeping the money AND the shoes is simply robbery and fraud.
Even more despicable than this: they continue advertising and selling shoes, while being insolvent, and not informing their clients that they will not have the right to a refund or replacement in case the shoes don’t fit/are defective/don’t arrive to the destination. I just got this information from their customer support.

Really poor quality shoes. Bought the Vegan Off-White Active Men. The tongue didn't stay pulled up. It always slipped down the material bunched up where the toes hinge with the rest of the foot. It made them very uncomfortable as the bunched material dug into my foot. Compared to other brands like Vivo Barefoot these were very uncomfortable. Looking at the other reviews on here, I hope I am able to get the refund. I'd also like the postage from UK to Germany refunded (£9.20).

I had to cancel my order. Been lied to three times that my money has been refundend, with no refund recieved. Only after tretening with authorities i was able to recive my money, one month later.
The company is in Shambles, do not buy.

Terrible customer service. I have not received my shoes in 8 weeks despite regular contact. They finally told me that the item was lost in transit and are refusing to give me a full refund!

Groundies are crap quality and their customer service is even worse. A large hole appeared in the soul and the leather ripped on a pair of boots I wore 20 times under normal conditions (walking down the road, walking in the park, etc.). Reached out to customer service for help and was told they can't do anything and I'm SOL. Stay away from Groundies.

The worst online purchase I have ever made. Bought a pair of ballerinas and never got them OR my money back! Never received a shipping confirmation or anything and customer service is terrible. Never gonna buy anything from Groundies again. 😡

We bought 2 pairs at the end of last year.
And they are great! We really liked them, comfortable the sizing is spot on but...
After a month my outsole stated to crack, after 3 month it basically broke through completely. (Can happen to any one)

I opened a complain and it took them more then 2 weeks to answer to ask for photos after that another 3 weeks of waiting until I tried again to contact them, and got response that they can't process my issues because of the liquidation.
Before my shoe broke through my wife ordered for herself a new pair.
She got confirmation email and an email that it was shipped...
Almost a month later still nothing arrived they responding with automatic emails, we contacted DHL and their respond was that Groundis only opened only electronically the shipment but NEVER sent anything!

And the most pissing of thing is that you can still by stuff on their website.

So go put your hard earned money in actually functional company with good shoes and good service.

And their blame on the war in Ukraine is pathetic, you are on the other side of the continent!

Really shameful that good shoes made by bad and zero costumer service company.

OK shoes, but the 3-year warranty is bogus. I contacted them after the soles wore through around the 18 month mark and they don't appear to have any interest in honouring the warranty or even communicating with me.
