I like the design of the shoes, the quality are fine, but the toeboxes arent escpecially wide, and the attachment from the upper to the outsoles is not particularly strong. The 3 year sole warranty is cool thou, but I am not sure if they would really follow that up with every custommer that gets problem with the soles! The custommer service is sometimes rude, doesn`t always follow up trough the chat-support-function or the e-mail. They sometimes lack complete servicemind, and they also lack english language skills.
My impression is that the company itself seems somewhat cynical, but markets itself well, but doesn`t follow up completely when it comes to servicemind and professionalism!
