Horrible service
Emanuel came to fix my washing machine as a private customer although he works for mint group. I paid him for the parts the machine is still broken he refused to come back and fix my washing machine. Cannot do anything about it because he did it privately. Be careful if he comes to you house.
Nigel came out and was really helpful
Nigel came out and was really helpful. My oven was stuck in Demo mode with no heat and I couldn't get it to work no matter what I did. He quickly and efficient analysed the problem and resolved it. Great job!
If you have a choice, avoid
Clearly don't want anything to do with Samsung products probably because they are swamped by such poor quality. So Samsung goes out and contracts an equally poor quality service provider in this bunch.
I went to book a repair for this TV last night using Samsung site - process was straight forward and easy to follow. I get a call at 1319 today while I'm in a 1-hour meeting SO I COULDN'T ANSWER IT. I get an email at 1322 demanding £144 upfront fee but of course I can't do anything about it BECAUSE I'M IN A MEETING. At 1331 Samsung emails me that my repair booking has been cancelled!!
Great way to run a business. I'm glad you're in a position to provide this level of quality and still rake in the profits (at those prices, no wonder).

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. It’s a scam. They convinced me to pay for a virtual diagnosis which would then be applied to the repair. But they don’t follow up with Samsung to see when the replacement will be ready. Only a response that they have no ETA.
Why would give them more money without a confirmation of some timeframe? Their customer service is appalling!
Avoid them.

Three visits and £170 spent and now they have decided they don't know what's wrong with the tv so they've abandoned us. Utter rubbish.
Sorted the problem quickly
Booked through the samsung fault reporting service for a new washing machine fault. Initial appointment offered was a few weeks away which was frustrating but signed up to be notified of cancellations and the next day the appointment was moved forward two weeks, and then the next day an engineer called and said he was in the area. Came round, quickly got the issue sorted and very friendly to go with it.

I have now been without a fixed washing machine for three weeks. Since then I’ve had two cancellations, one wrong booking date, zero returned calls in response to my multiple pleas to get back to me as a matter of urgency, plus FIVE different quotes for the exactly the same service by their own customer service!
These people are lazy, incompetent and are totally unfit to do the job!
Once they take your payment in full, there’s zero accountability.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Group FX, Samsung's preferred repair specialist, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. This company's complete lack of customer service and unprofessionalism left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
To begin with, the staff members who answered my calls were anything but professional. They seemed ill-informed and incompetent, providing me with incorrect information and failing to address my concerns effectively. It was clear that they were not adequately trained to handle customer inquiries or resolve issues.
The most infuriating part of my interaction with Group FX was their blatant dishonesty and disregard for my time. On not just one, but multiple occasions, they canceled my appointments without any prior notice. This left me waiting for a technician who never showed up, wasting my valuable time. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to call me around 5pm, long after the scheduled appointment time, to reschedule. This level of disregard for punctuality is completely unacceptable.
I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with Group FX's performance in repairing my Samsung products. Their lack of professionalism, frequent cancellations, and constant rescheduling demonstrated a complete lack of respect for their customers. It is absolutely bewildering that Samsung, a reputable brand, would choose such a subpar company as their repair partner.
As a result of my experience with Group FX, I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Samsung. If this is the level of service I can expect from their chosen repair specialist, then I no longer have confidence in the quality and reliability of Samsung products. It is disheartening to see a trusted brand like Samsung associate itself with such an inept and unprofessional company.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Group FX for any repair needs. Their incompetence, unprofessionalism, and lack of respect for customers make them an incredibly frustrating and disappointing choice. Save yourself the time, frustration, and potential damage to your Samsung products by seeking alternative repair options.

Slavek and his colleague did an excellent job fixing the issue with my Samsung TV, and then explaining what caused it. 10/10 very good.
As for Samsung, they could do better quality control on their hardware and software.

Not sure how their arrangement works with Samsung but suggest their SLA needs reviewing
Terrible Experience
-I would give zero stars of this was an option! for my faulty Samsung w/machine.
-Engineer came 11April. Could not fix. Parts ordered
-Engineer came again 17April spent 3hrs and left machine “working”. I tested it straight away and same fault present! Called the GroupFx to complain. -The service call handlers attitude is one of “do not care!”. There is no sense of accountability
-Engineer visited booked again (third time) for the 24 April on 17April and another day booked off for this.
-On 21April at 3.54pm I was notified by text that this has now been postponed to 27April. No explanation or call for this move. Shocking absence of any form of customer service.
-DON’T BUY SAMSUNG !
Appalling, staff that hang up on customers
Appalling, avoid at all costs. The first time I called I got a curt assistant and an estimated 2 weeks wait for callout with what sounded like there would be no effort to fix my non-functioning fridge water dispenser. The second time I called, I spoke to Elena about getting a part and after 25mins of numerous repeated questions looking for the part she suddenly told me GroupFX don't provide parts. When I questioned why she had been looking for the part for the past 25mins, she refused to let me speak to anyone else saying noone was available and hung up on me. She also hung up on me when I called back. Totally APPALLING!
Wake up Samsung! You’re losing business.
I followed the preferred Samsung process of booking an appointment online to have my American style fridge freezer repaired. They gave me Group FX to do the job and advised me that GFX would contact me soon. This was last Monday, 20th March and I have still heard nothing. Chased Samsung last week and was assured Group FX would contact me (even gave me the job number) but still nothing from GFX. Have now used somebody local to fix it but will never buy a Samsung product ever again as their support service, outsourcing to outfits like Group FX, is so poor.

I wasnt aware that Groupfx now carry out Samsung repairs. Previously it was Domex who were wonderful. Groupfx customer service is awful. The lady who picks up the calls is dead of all life. She really needs to find a new job as she clearly doesn't come across as she cares. On the plus side the engineer Patrick was amazing. Machine fixed and running on the first visit.

Engineers arrived on time with brand new 50 inch Samsung tv screen.
Tested the old screen which had numerous faults recorded on it.
Screen was replaced immediately and old one taken away.
All achieved within 30 minutes.

My Samsung washing machine broke and they booked Group FX for a warranty repair. It all happened seamlessly. Kevin was a very friendly engineer, he came and found out the problem & then ordered the parts and came and fixed it. He came when he was supposed to and the communication was very good. I'm very happy.

THIEVES. Legal Thieves. Engineer called AFTER me paying £100 call out. He spent 5 minutes then said the item (Soundbar) couldn't be fixed despite it only being a couple of years old. Contacted Samsung who requested the engineers report. They won't provide one. Samsung have been in touch with them (They told me today 15/12/22) and they won't even supply Samsung with the report. Despite them being contracted by Samsung. All this company does is take money and walk away. Legalised THEFT. Well, after the conversation with Samsung today hopefully their contract will be terminated. Good riddance to a bunch of CROOKS. Avoid them with every inch of your very being

Samsung ask for an engineers report, Group FX will not give one to the customer, only to Samsung and only when THEY request it, although I (the customer) paid for the engineer.
Group FX pass the buck, Samsung pass it back until the customer gives up the fight.
Waste of £1300 plus call out fee.
DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.
