I will put 0 if i can

I will put 0 if i can. Worst customer service ever. I'm waiting 2 months my tv to be fixed, they cancel my bookings twice and the 3rd time engineer didn't appear. Samsung is not helping at all. Avoid them and avoid Samsung.

Horrendous service, avoid.

Horrendous service. No understanding of customer needs. Arrogant and uncaring staff. Don't answer phone - - took nearly 24 hours to have my call picked up finally. Cancelled appointment without any notice at all despite have confirmed it twice the day before. Appalling communication between office and engineers - apparently the engineers cannot be contacted by the office with regard to adjusting schedules. I've given one star for managing to pick up the phone eventually and because the engineer was very helpful on the first visit. I have asked the company to re-arrange the missed appointment at my convenience rather than theirs and to complete my fridge repair in less than the month they are currently projecting. Group FX if you retrieve this disastrous service, I will be happy to update this review to reflect this.

Negative experience

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The people I spoke to on the phone are rude, don't give a flying f**** about why you're calling or the arrangements you need to make, treat you with disdain. I had an engineer called Steve come over twice, he was really lovely and actually fixed the problems he was here for. Lately I had another engineer who came to replace a part but broke the machine and I haven't been able to use it since. Been waiting for somebody to fix it since 9th June, today I had an appointment (after almost 2 months) and they just rang to say they aren't coming because engineer has covid. Fair enough. But we've lived with Covid for over 2 years and this company don't have a plan b? I took a day off to stay home for the engineer and nothing... Giving 2 stars just for Steve, else it'd be 0.

Our Samsung washing machine just broke 2 years and one month after we bought it so, it is out of warranty. I paid £100 for the call out, but two weeks latter still fighting to get an appointment.

Samsung is out of the picture in this and Group FX are incompetents.

Don't be fooled by Samsung, there are other brands that are cheaper and better customer service.

Avoid at all cost

Worst service ever received, I waited over 8 weeks for my washing machine to be fixed. Paid out over £220, parts were fitted and still didn’t work, engineers made excuses for why it didn’t work ordered more parts, which were delayed, Group FX kept rebooking visits, they had the worst customer service, little to no communication and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone senior, they didn’t respond to emails, or have a complaints procedure. An absolute joke of a service. This service needs to be shut down.

Our Samsung washing machine broke down, groupfx engineer Kevin came but had to order the part,was told it would take a week but 2 days later Kevin came round with the new part and fixed it for us, cannot fault groupfx at all, Kevin was very professional and cannot fault him or the service he provided. Happy customer here. Thanks groupfx

Paid £100 up front for no repair

Paid £100 up front for repair. Engineer arrived, spent 5mins and said he would need to return service would contact me to arrange. That was 2 weeks ago. I have emailed, used their contact form on website and been cut off the phone 3 times. All with no response. Taking them to court for breach of contract. Will update again later.

Totally unprofessional useless company…

Totally unprofessional useless company - have been waiting over a month for them to mend my freezer and they always have an excuse as to why the engineer cannot turn up. Quick to take my money though - will never buy a Samsung again if these are the only useless company that can mend it. Am taking them to Court for breach of contract and will let you know how I get on

They claimed to have sent a quote on 24…

They claimed to have sent a quote on 24 jan to my email. Did not do it. It's neither in my spam or received emails.Lady on the phone was not very helpful or not customer service oriented. Claimed they have and took no responsibility for it. Then cancelled and said they have not received a response. I was just on the phone with her and she said she would send the quote. I received the email receipt for the payment, the appointment confirmation and uptown 30 mins later no quote. Clearly something is a miss here.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace, Engineer arrived detected the problem(Good).
Two weeks later wearing GROUPFX to see what was happening with our parts for our samsung washing machine.This is when we were told that the engineer had not completed his worksheet, so nothing was happening!!!!,
So i guess the office then called the engineer to find out what was going on.
Intern the engineer rang my wife & had the front ask her if she could remember what he had said was wrong with the machine!!!!.
You can imagine what we were thinking.
In the phone call I made it very clear that i did not want the same engineer fixing my machine.!!

I have contacted GROUPFX office Romford by their online contact form.

Too see what is going on.
Now I wait .
I will update this post with their response.
