Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
First, the massage itself was extremely light and provided little to no therapeutic benefit. It felt more like a gentle touch than a professional massage.
Second, although the session was advertised as 55 minutes, the actual massage lasted less than 40 minutes. When I inquired, I was told the time included changing clothes and filling out a form—tasks that took less than five minutes, especially since I arrived early.
I’ve had professional massages at other places before, and this one did not meet the same standard. The therapist seemed inexperienced, and the technique lacked confidence and precision.
Additionally, the service is not English-speaker friendly. I had to find a Polish-speaking friend just to book an appointment, which made the process unnecessarily complicated.
Unfortunately, Groupon does not offer a cancellation option for this service, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Based on this visit, I do not plan to use Groupon for similar services again.
In short, it was a waste of time and money. I would not return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

The purchased software product is not suitable for legal use due to the lack of proof of purchase, no response from GROUPON in this matter despite reporting over a month ago, no possibility of getting the money back, the seller also transfers the financial issue to GROUPON.
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING.
