I'm asking for help for the second time. I didn't get any money, bonuses, anything. the salon says that it has long ago reported that it no longer works with Groupon. I spent money and I can't get it back!

Don't use!!!! Paid 3 times for two tickets, can't get my money back!!!

I was scammed by the service provider and Groupon does not want to help me from being exposed to another scam. I was treated very badly during a treatment I bought on Groupon. I want to cancel my next Groupon and get a refund.

This is the company which helping people with their mental health. The specialists are prepared but the one who helped me didn't know much about coaching which I was interested in. There are good specialists in solving problems with addictions. I wasn't happy about the service and after long mailing the company gave the money back.

Be careful its a scam. Key Ive got is not working and no support from Yvar to fix the issue. Now Ive got unlicensed system.

It is one big joke and the customer does not have any rights. I bought online course and it was big lie. Groupon does not want to back my money back. After 1 month still no money, only bot chatting.

Last week I bought 2 vouchers for the tickets to the cinema. I was trying to use them, but there was some error on the website in the last stage of my purchase. After a while I was trying to buy the tickets again, but the coupons appeared as "used". I contacted the customer service about that - they were not able to help me, I'm not sure what language they were speaking, but they didn't understand what I was saying. In the end they told me I will get a full refund, but after a couple of days they wrote me back, that my vouchers appear as "used". Well... that's exactly what I was telling them about since the very beginning!!! THAT'S A COMPLETE LACK OF PROFFESIONALISM!!

At the dawn of this service it was really good - actions, sales, big discounts and perfect service everywhere you buy the coupon for. The more I use it the more I see that staff is not that happy to see and take thhe coupons. Maby this is my personal observance but I do not feel like ordering groupons anymore.

If you need something with better price, and do not mind other people, it's great.
Frequently I use Groupon with my friends and my girl, in many countries, formula works :-)
