The best ear microsuction
I had an excellent visit to have ear microsuction with Nikki Osborne. She listened to me, explained everything very clearly and let me know as the procedure went on exactly what was happening, and to say if there was any pain or discomfort.
You definitely have to use the ear drops for at least a few days before visiting otherwise it may end up being an uncomfortable or painful experience. This visit was completely pain-free for me because of this.
I also really appreciated Nikki's careful control of the machine throughout. She gave some aftercare advice which I followed and my ears are super clean and my hearing is excellent again. I will be trying to book in the future with Nikki for sure.

I was so impressed with the service…
I was so impressed with the service from Grove Ear Clinic. From my initial enquiry, which was answered extremely quickly by Rachael, to the appointment with Luky - on a bank holiday Monday, no less.
My 4-year-old son needed earwax removal and Luky put him at ease. She was very professional while also being friendly and approachable. My son had a very positive experience and we are very grateful to have found this clinic.

Appointment time was within a few days of booking. Quick and easy cleansing of ear wax with a full and comprehensive explanation of the process before hand and further information and advice during the consultation. I would certainly recommend.
