Having worked in the region for a number of years we became aware of the growing need for a community earwax service that is easy to access, affordable and backed up by clinical experience. I came in with an ear that has been blocked for over a month, booking was super easy online, good availability so I was able to choose a date that was soon. The specialist was really friendly and informative, explained what was going to happen in good detail and what to expect, really approachable to ask questions to. Sorted out my problem in a matter of minutes and even let me look into my ear canals with a camera, super cool and interesting! Highly recommend Grove Ear Clinic!

Excellent first class treatment
Excellent first class treatment. Nikki was very helpful and carried out the procedure in a careful and gentle manner - I would definitely recommend this clinic. My hearing is now fully restored and probably better than ever. Thank you

Professional but costly
The practioner was really lovely, professional and explained the process in great detail. Parking outside was a bonus. The only thing was the price I paid half when booking but on closer inspection of my ear that had the problem I didn’t need the treatment but I was still asked to pay the balance even though I didnt have anything done.

After Clinic response:
Disappointing response from Clinic, should have just admitted error. Their comments are INCORRECT. I never had treatment, (therefore did not cancel), they gave an appointment that did NOT EXIST.

Mixed Experience
Was sent an e mail reminder on the previous day and near appt time clicked on location link which took me to the wrong place. Found a phone number which was in Newbury and someone said they would sort it out.The clinic then rang me with directions. Found the place and have to agree the consulting rooms do look ok like someone doing business in a spare bedroom. However the young man performing the procedure ( not the person in the company ad) was super professional and approachable. He cleared one ear and had partial success with the other I think due to my inner ear being over hairy. Which I know. Also maybe I should have used olive oil for longer. But he did seem to try quite hard.
