Grove Ear Clinic Reviews 

I was not able to locate the clinic, as it has no signs confirming where it is. The SAT nav took me to residential parking, which was apparently the correct one, as I found out later on.
I have spoken with them over the phone advising I am not sure where the clinic is? At first I thought I am being scammed. They were very helpful and advised that someone will ring me back. However I have tried to walk around and managed to find it. It had a clinic name written on left side of the door, which is visible only if you are standing in front of it. Not sure how the other people can find it...
The person who I saw was very professional and knowledgeable, so no issues with that. It is just the whole atmosphere. The clinic didn't really looked like a clinic. It more looked that someone just used their extra room in their flat to provide this service. I was a little worried and the whole entrance and the room looked spooky. Basically, not what you would do except!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience with Grove Ear Clinic was great. Booking was easy and while it was tricky to find the clinic, the directions on the website were really clear when I stopped to read them! I was immediately put at ease by Lavandan and his colleague. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. The process was completely painless, just a little strange feeling! Lavandan was lovely and professional throughout. I left immediately able to hear properly for the first time in weeks!!
I had been using ear drops prior to the appointment which may have helped as I noticed some reviews mentioned not having a great experience because they hadn’t.

I was very pleased at the service provided particularly in that the person providing the service on the day was a qualified doctor working in ENT.

Booking was easy and the procedure was quick. Rachel was friendly and very professional hopefully I don’t t need to go back for a while but certainly use grove clinic again.

The Medic that removed the wax from my 92 year old mothers ear was very pleasant BUT the waiting room was tired and grubby and the ‘surgery’ was very messy and unhygienic with tissues and used ear tubes on the table, the bin was overflowing. Not a brilliant experience and not clean.

Turned up early, guy was already setup and started straight away, was quick, painless and worth every penny, highly recommend them

Professional service and managed to remove stubborn wax from both ears.
It’s recommended to use olive oil for 10 days or so in both ears prior to the appointment to ease the removal of the ear wax.

Dr explained what the treatment entailed and carried it out efficiently and painlessly.

Well first of all I got a appointment very quick 👍other places I tried not so good waiting lists to long🥱also I found Joshua a very welcoming person very polite and totally committed to his job and explained everything so easy to understand so all in all very glad I found this place

If you're going for the first time: it's a bit hidden away and parking is not easy. There are a few on-street spaces for visitors around the corner on Mount Pleasant.
