Very disappointing
Very disappointing to find that having paid £40 to see the doctor regarding an ear problem, they were unable to remove the wax, explaining that I needed to put olive oil drops in for three weeks to soften it.I then need to return ( paying another £40) plus £40 more pounds to have the suction administered. I felt this was unfair as I had already paid the initial consultation fee of £40. Surely this should be carried forward to the next appointment where the procedure could be completed once the wax had softened?. Perhaps advice to administer olive oil should have been made more specific in order to arrive with the wax sufficiently softened before the procedure could take place. So, I now need to wait three weeks and pay £80, having already paid £40 with no treatment having occurred. Disappointing.

Really friendly, professional service
Really friendly, professional service. I was greeted on time, everything was explained and then the whole process only took 30 minutes. And what a difference those 30 minutes can make.

Earwax build-up effectively sorted
My wax removal by microsuction was professionally, carefully and effectively carried out with plenty of information given in a discussion beforehand about the process. Very little wait for the appointment which was easily booked on-line. Both ears done. Very pleased.

I took my 5 year old daughter to have her ears micro suctioned, we were all a little nervous! As soon as we went in, Joshua introduced himself and made us feel at ease. He spoke to my daughter clearly, explaining what was going to happen which was lovely. The treatment was a success and I wouldn't hesitate to go here again. Thankyou!

Unfortunately my experience wasn't good . The ear specialist gave up trying to clear my ear after about 15mins and charged me £80 , told me to use ear drops for two weeks and if no better come back but will charge me another £80 , I will not return and wouldn't reccomend to anybody .

Last minute booking, problem sorted
I had never actually been here before.
One of my ears had blocked up earlier in the week and I ended up being desperate to see someone. Luckily I was able to book next day.
Had my appointment, all sorted and what an absolute relief.
I would 100% come back if I get any more ear problems.

Clinic easy to find but is a bit run down inside.
Practitioner was good and explained everything well. I did not have much wax in my ears and so the microsuction procedure was not done. I was there for about 7mins yet was still charged the full amount.

Fantastic service
Visited the Clinic today after really suffering with a blocked ear due to excess ear wax. Drops just weren't cutting it! I had trouble finding anywhere locally with availability so widened my search to Norwich and I'm glad I did. Dr Fowler was great. He explained everything brilliantly, before, during and after the procedure to myself and my husband. I left feeling instant relief and with restored hearing! Fingers crossed I won't need to go back, but if I do, I'd happily return.

We had difficult to find the place
We had difficult to find the place.
The building was old and not fresh but the man was very professional, patient with my 8 year old daughter who cried a lot. Overall it was good .

I was going deaf but not anymore.
I was, according to family going deaf.I decided before I opted for a hearing aid to have my wax cleared. So I did so at The Grove Clinic. It was done by a very gentle
DrFowler and has been a success! I can hear much more clearly and so I say Thank You. It didn’t hurt at all, a little noise all the time but absolutely fine.
